I really cannot say enough good things about this bike!! I lost my drivers license temporarily a while back, and I found out that these kinds of bikes were legal to ride without a license. I purchased this bike because the price was good, and it seemed pretty rugged..Also with a top speed of 25 miles an hour, I figured this could get me around pretty quickly. I was definitely not disappointed! First of all assembly was very easy. I would recommend going on youtube and finding the instruction video for this bike, using that you’ll have the bike ready to go in about 20 mins tops. It comes shipped 95% assembled already. After the easy assembly, this bike is absolutely AWESOME to ride!! It’s fast, comfortable, and the fat tires let you ride over pretty much any terrain. I never juiced the max mph up to 25, because it comes pre - set to a 20 mph limit..Ive found this to be fast enough for me. But you can easily raise the top speed. If you want this bike to do all the work for you? And not pedal at all? You can do that 100%, no problem. You can just use the throttle and the bike acts like a slower moving motorcycle. At the 5 setting on pedal assist, you’ll kill the battery pretty quickly, maybe after about 15 miles or so if youre gunning it too top speed the whole time without pedaling at all. If you pedal though a bit, and arent in a hurry, and keep the setting at like 3 pedal assist? You’ll top at at about 11 miles an hour, but you can easily go over 25 miles most likely with a full battery. The battery life is very, very good if you conserve it while riding by doing some pedaling. Ive put over 225 miles on the bike now, and I have to say I havent had one issue with the bike..I actually dont miss driving a car at all thanks to this bike, and I honestly get to local places faster sometimes than I did driving a car! This bike quite literally saved my butt, because without it id have no transportation. Keep in mind this bike is BIG, and tall. Im about 6’ and 215 pounds, and my feet barely touch the ground when im sitting on it. So this isnt a bike for a smaller person. But I have to say, if youre big enough for it, this is probably the best bike you will ever get! This bike has become my trusty steed that I use daily, and I absolutely love it. Its reliable, fast, rugged, and I get compliments every where I go on it. This is NOT one of those dorky looking electric bikes you see out there..Its a real head turner and looks very cool. I highly recommend this bike to everyone who wants an electric bike! A +++++++

After having some initial problems with a couple parts that came with the bike, and being very frustrated, the customer service took care of my issues. I have since taken the bikes for a couple rides and am very pleased with the overall ride and functionality of the bike. I looked at many bikes and was really trying to stay in the $1000 range, which can be hard to do with an e-bike, but this one suits my needs very well. I'll be interested to see the full range on the bike, I did take it for a 10 mile ride at mostly 3-5 on the pedal assist and used 2 bars (out of 5) on the battery. I'm hoping using it at that level I can get near 30 miles, but it seems like it should be close to that. I also wish it either came with fenders or there were some better options for it. I purchased some plastic ones that do the job but are kind of flimsy. I don't know if anyone has any suggestions on that front. Otherwise, the ride is very smooth. I agree with the comments on the bike seat, it's not very comfortable especially if one does a longer ride, so I will need to upgrade. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase. My wife bought a much more expensive bike with 750W battery that I suspect will have a longer range. Her bike also came with some nicer finishes but again overall for the price, I think my bike matches up very well with it. For someone who lives near the beach and often faces stiff ocean breezes on my way there, this bike is a game changer. My normal 30 minute ride there took 17 and I wasn't completely exhausted after getting there. For anyone looking for a very solid e-bike, I would definitely consider this Ecotric.

Purchased this bike for my grandson as a Christmas gift for 2024. Arrived quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. I did have a small problem in adjusting the speed, but Amazon out me in touch with a company rep and a quick telephone call resolved the issue. I have only taken it on short test rides, but it appears to run great. We’ll see for sure in 4 weeks. At this point, very satisfied

The bike comes mostly assembled and requires about 20-30min to complete assembly after unboxing. I'm 230lbs and the power is great to help with decently steep hills on pedal assist. On flat surfaces I can hit ~ 22mph on throttle alone! The bike is quite large so if you're under 5'8" then you won't be able to keep your feet flat on the ground while you're on the seat. Plan on getting a new seat because the one it comes with is quite uncomfortable, I purchased a Cloud 9 seat which is working out very well for me. Range on a full battery using moderate pedal assist is approximately 25-35 miles in my case, and about 15-20 miles using the throttle only. Bike seems built well, it's solid and doesn't feel flimsy at all. Overall a great bike for the price and I would refer any new riders looking into ebikes to strongly consider this bike.

Wow! Being a very amateur mountain biker I must say this is one awesome bike. Very easy to put together and if you need to they have a very good assembly video with n YouTube. Riding this bike is super fun, the pedal assist motor makes riding easy. I have taken this bike off road on some bike trail and it performed awesome. The bike is heavy and the frame is a bit large but I can put up with that because it’s so much fun to ride. I basically have a 30” inseam and I can just clear the lowest part of the frame to stand. I plan on commuting to work when the weather warms up, but have already ridden this bike in the snow. Totally worth the price if you want to enter the world of E-Bikes.
