Great bike. We have two and they are lots of fun.

  • Great ebike
Color: Black (LCD)
We bought this bike about 2 months. We love it. No problems so far. We take it when we go camping. It is a little tall for me but I am only 4'10 and it doesn't stop me from enjoying the bike. I am 67 years old and it helps to have that extra push going up hills. I would buy again.

  • Good Beginner Bike
Its not the best ebike out there but its a good starter bike for its price. Though if you could afford it, get one with a bigger battery for longer range if you plan on just using full throttle since you only get like 12 miles, maybe a couple more miles than that. Or just get an extra battery for more range, otherwise its a good and fun bike. It goes 20 mph on flat ground, 11-15 on uphill's and 24 downhills. Not to hard to assemble, just need a small wrench to attach front fenders. The rest of the tools needed come with the bike. Make sure everything is tightened before using it. No display on it, just a control with buttons that let you adjust the amount of pedal assist you're gonna get. You might wanna look into a shock absorbent seat or suspension fork since places with awful bumps will be felt. In order to fold it, make sure to pull on the lever otherwise it wont fold. Buy some lights for it if you plan on using it in the night or early morning. Tips for new ebike owners: Make sure to adjust your brakes since they may squeak or scrape the brakes as you're riding it and don't forget to buy some supplies like degreaser and chain lube to keep your chain in good conditions, as well as clean your brake pads and disc so they don't squeak. Patches for in case of flats, Slime helps too. Spare brake pads if you do a lot of down hills. 1 year review. I use this to get from and to work and I've used it all year long. Now that I know more, I'd say the tires were pretty good since Its been a year and they're hanging in there, but I think I'll have to buy some new ones soon, mainly the back one. Bike works great still but I wish it had come with full suspension which it doesn't have any of. I wish I had bought a bike with a better frame as if I plan on upgrading, this frame isn't the best for that. You can still upgrade but cant really hide things like you would with different bike frames. Its an okay bike but I think you could get better ones at similar price. ... show more

I have been using this to commute for a couple weeks now, and I am quite pleased. Pros: Fast (~ 23 mph full battery, ~20 mph <1/2 battery) Decent battery life (~25 mi with light peddling for initial acceleration or uphill) Relatively light compared to similar models Big wheels - yet to see how these hold up to ice/snow Foldable Pretty easy to assemble - just follow the video Good price compared to similar models Quiet - I can barely hear it at full acceleration Cons (very minor): The battery is a little loose, and the lock will squeak while you are riding unless you oil it a bit The rear break needs to be a little weak to not slow you down when not using it The front break causes the front bar to wobble a little since the part that connects to the middle of the frame has a bit too much of a gap The pedals are a bit short for me (I am 5'11") The gears do not shift properly and will not go to the highest or lowest setting, though I really don't use them anyway. The adjustment shown in the video does not exist on the white model The front fender came bent, but the company replaced it for free. It was not an essential part, so I could still ride without it in the meantime. ... show more

  • Don't Buy Until you VERIFY a local shop that will service!
Color: White
I was very excited to receive this bike and use it! It's a fun little bike and I love the compact size and beefy tires. It's got some zip, too.... even though the cadence is super surge-y (what do you expect on a cheap bike). However.... after using twice, one of the pedals stripped off and I had to contact seller; the mailed me a new set and I had a friend install - no problem - I was out about 2 weeks of riding opportunity and some hassle. Then, the first time I folded it for a trip, upon arrival when I went to ride, their factory installed wiring harness had gotten caught in the fold (no, not user error...it was factory attached to frame with little to no wiggle room) and hence severed most of the wires in the wiring harness. After a ridiculous number of emails back and forth with the seller whose reps clearly speak stilted english, they said they'd send a new wiring harness. Because this is waaaayyy out of my scope of abilities (and patience) to replace, I searched for a local bike shop in Phoenix AZ who could do this work and NONE. I asked the company, and they also had no suggestions. Their solution (now 2 months of dealing with this) was for me to pay them $50 and they'd send me a return shipping label and shipping box to send the entire bike back to seller for them to repair. This meant I had to disassemble the bike, buy $30 in bubble wrap and packing peanuts....and when I tried to put then entire bike into the box they sent (yes, they wanted every part including wheels and battery), the box was too small (insert lots of magic words and a shot of tequila here). I finally got so frustrated that I threw it all in the back of my car and just dropped it off at a shipping store who will pack it at my expense. Soooo.... ask me about what a VALUE my "deal" of an e-bike has ended up being for me?? I have literally rode it 3 times in three months of ownership and have been dealing with this nonsense since then. I am hopeful that upon receipt of my bike they'll simply ship me an entirely new one - it seems like the right thing to do, but we shall see. To their credit, the seller appears to want to make this right, but honestly who has the time and energy to deal with all this? I'll keep you updated, but I wish I had just spend $2k on a bike purchased locally from a shop who could service it.... food for thought! UPDATE 7/28/21: After they had my bike for two weeks with no communication, they responded that they did not have the tools to repair and as such would be sending me a replacement bike. I just received said replacement terribly packed, with the box falling apart and pieces of the bike poking through, and it is clearly a MUCH USED BIKE. The replacement bike has significant scrapes and gouges to the powder coating (raw metal exposed), the inside of the handlebar assembly shows signs of rust and stripped hex-nuts, and I am not even going to begin the process of assembly to see if it actually works. I was advised by Amazon to return this replacement bike to the merchant using a shipping label that was provided BY Amazon. I did so at considerable expense to me $348.76 due to dimensions). UPDATE 9/216/21: The seller received their bike back via Fed Ex in mid-August. I have since been on the merry-g0-round with Amazon customer service with no luck. Every time I talk to an agent they tell me I will hear back form their A-Z Guarantee supervisor within a few business days (I even get emails telling me this) but I never do. So...I have to contact Amazon again, speak to another agent, and get the same run-around. My claim has apparently been denied, and Amazon now informs me that I should "dispute the charge with my bank" on a payment that occurred more than 7 months ago. Meanwhile, I'm out around $1200 plus no bike and a lot of headache. I could not be any more disappointed with Amazon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! ... show more
