I have 3 of these units in the house, each in a different room. The first one is about 3 years old and working just fine. Installation is very simple and value for convenience is great. They are in strategic locations with a light plugged in on the top plug and two usb cords in the bottom. One for the apple orchard and the other for all the other items (Alexa, android or Kindle). Which ever room I find myself in and in need of a quick charging of equipment it is ready and waiting. The one in the family room is the newest and is located by my favorite sitting spot so a quick charge of something I forgot to do earlier can go on while I still use it. This has really worked out for my phone and Kindle. I did not buy the units at the same time but after each time I found a "good" spot for one more. The green light on top is a bit of a night light.

The media could not be loaded. Nice looking, Lightweight and easy to install, great to have an extra outlet and even better to have two usb charging ports. My only real complaint is the space between the outlets doesn’t really allow for 3 large plugs(ya know the type with the three prongs). That’s why I’m giving 4 stars. If I didn’t have large plugs to use it for I would have given 5 stars. See photos , that’s one of the reasons I purchased it was for the extra outlet, so disappointed that I only gained the USB ports. This product also has a light bar across the top that glows green once plugged in.

I purchased the Low Profile Surge Protector for my living room, as we had many lamps, chargers, and devices that needed plugging in. Overall, I would say it is a great buy! Good price and very easy to install. Pros: It has a green light that shows it is plugged in and surge protection is working (it is not super bright, not as bright as a night light). It has 3 outlets for cords and 2 usb charging stations for phone chargers and other usb charged devices. It has a flat front so it is more plush to the wall (it protrudes less than other models on the market). Cons: I felt like there could have been more outlets The usb charging stations could have been on the sides for greater reach for the cords, or so the phone could rest easier on a table.

Have only used it for a couple weeks, but appears to be well-made. And there's room on the top where you can probably sit a phone to lean against the wall as it charges. Be aware that the light on the top is a nice feature (but not if you don't want a night light in a certain area). I didn't notice this is the description, but it comes w/ a screw such that you can attach it more securely. My outlets are not standard and didn't contain a hole for the screw but it fits very securely in my outlet nonetheless.

Liked the low profile, three conventional outlets and dual USB plug ins. Issue is that on the standard vertical outlet you trade two outlets for three as the unit renders the original outlets unusable. Net gain is one outlet and two USB plug ins. Since the original wall outlet is no longer in play, adding a third outlet to the unit seems to make sense.
