    • Shipping box arrived fine but inside product was anything but fine!

Update: save your money and buy a better treadmill. This unit is going back to Amazon and Echelon. The belt is rough that it will eat shoes faster than you can sing a tune. The unit has painted particle board or MDF as the treadmill base that the belt spins around. Very cheaply made unit but you get what you play for is true with this unit. The three screws on each frame arm that hold treadmill arms became loose after a few uses and tightening them more led to screws stripping on hexagon bolts. For Amazon to pickup I had to take back apart and box up the unit…removing stripped screws was not fun. Btw this was hand turned and no drill was used to put and take unit apart. Stay away from this unit and purchase a better unit for your purposes!!! Product was delivered with no issues, shipping box was delivered totally fine but inside the unit has scratches on it and one of the underneath section of the handrails was damaged, they are very cheap plastic underneath and one of the screws looks like it was tightened too much and it snapped and broke off areas that the two screws hold the underneath part of the handrails. Not happy! I had to rig this with extra washers for the time being until I have the chance to figure out the best options with their customer support team! Overall treadmill is fine to use but not happy with the packing of the product. ... show more

I’ve always been skeptical of treadmills. I’ve been afraid a treadmill would just take up space and collect dust. I’ve run on treadmills before and generally feel somewhat self conscious about it because I’m a heel striker and that creates a lot of noise when running on treadmills. Almost all of my concerns have been absolved with the purchase of this treadmill. First off, the specs made it easy for me to decide which treadmill was right for me. Once purchased, the treadmill was slated to arrive 3 days after purchase but arrived a day early. The amazon delivery men were very helpful and careful with the package. I was very happy with the delivery. Fairly easy setup—instead of instructions, Echelon provides a QR code that takes you to a video walking you through how to assemble the treadmill. One thing that was the videos did NOT specify which size screws to use in which location—luckily there were only 2 sizes so it didn’t take long to figure out which went where; however, that could be a little clearer in the video. All in all, took about 30 min to put together. Set up can be done with one person, but I had 2 just to make it easier. Once assembled, the treadmill looks good! Good color scheme and a sleek body. Treadmill is aesthetically pleasing and quite. There is no fan, but was able to purchase a fan from amazon that works well. I’ve loved being able to run in my basement. I have the option to watch my favorite show or put on a class to challenge myself a bit more. My family is also getting into using it—my oldest son specifically who now has a goal to train for his first 5K race. Footprint is perfect. The treadmill folds up nicely and takes up hardly any room when stowed. Moves easily from one location to another. The power cord is a bit short, but I purchased a surge protector so that opened options as far as placement goes. . Lots of workout programs to choose from. Interface take a second to get used to, not difficult to learn. The treadmill has good safety features too--quick and smooth stop in the vent of an emergency. The running surface is smooth and has a bit of a give to it that makes for a smooth run. I feel no soreness after a run as the treadmill absorbs my weight well—generally after road runs I feel aches and stiffness. I’ve been very happy with the treadmill. As a physical therapist, this treadmill would also make a great addition to any clinic because of its safety features and ease of use. ... show more

Speed is massively off. If you have 9:15 minute miles you will accumulate a mile distance in about 6 minutes. I run regularly and 9:15 on this treadmill is probably actually more like 8:30. In addition, you have to have a membership subscription but you can’t actually use the features because the tablet will not complete the mandatory update as many others have also shared. I love this treadmill! Fits great in the corner of my living room and has the features I wanted. It feels sturdy, is easy to use, and has an incline option. It’s also not loud at all. It is a little bit heavy to move, but I am still able to move it if I need to.
