I an a hair stylist and this curling iron became a big interest for me because my hair is really really hard to curl and it does not stay at all I often curl people's hair that does not stay well either so it was really important for me to find a curling iron that was good quality and was going to be able to withstand lots of wear and tear over the years and have a great price and also get very very hot. As a licensed hair stylist I went to my local suppliers which were CosmoProf and I also went to salonCentric and they had this exact curling iron between 80 to 90 dollars and I did not want to spend that much on a curling iron but I definitely wanted to spend at least more than $30 because anything less wouldn't last long. I start searching for the curling iron online and there were lots of different sites and they offered it between 50 and 60 which was a better price, but then I went to Amazon because I knew that I could find certain things for a much cheaper price so when I was able to find this from a good seller for this price I was extremely thrilled and I bought it right away and I was really really happy with it. this is the exact curling iron that was at the store that I looked at and I was very happy with the way it was package it came very very fast in a nice big box and I'm just overall really thrilled. I have a babyliss straightener and a blow dryer that I have used for many years and I love them so very much they are definitely worth the quality I also am very happy with this because it lived up to my expectations and I knew that it was going to hold my hair because it is titanium and all of the titanium hair products that I have used have kept my hair in place which have been my hair dryer and my straightener so I'm very happy that I found this and I highly highly recommend, thank you so much to this seller!

I discovered this wand when a new hair stylist used it on me. I had never had a curl stay in my hair up until finding this one. I'm talking every prom and even my wedding curls didn't hold up. I cannot say enough good things about this wand. I have awesome results when only using the mid range heat setting. I was always under the impression that tourmaline and ceramic combo tools were the best, I now believe it's just a matter of what material your hair responds to. For me titanium is where it's at. I had returned a hot tools curling iron after it my curls wouldn't hold. The price is really good for the quality product. I don't bump the power off while curling my hair, as I read some reviewers did. I ordered a heat protecting glove, but haven't had to use it yet. Hope you give this wand a try, before you waste money on more known and expensive ones.

I think it's pretty unfair someone gave this two stars because they thought it was a regular curling iron. Yes, it's a clipless iron and I'm the clumsiest person on the planet and can still use it without burning myself (knock on wood). My hair is long and already a combo of wavy/curly and is thin/fine in texture. I use this for a "beach" curl or just to add more loose curls and definition to my already wavy hair. It gives more defined style to already wavy hair so it's not so unkempt looking. For me, it's a time saver because I don't have to wash my hair everyday. Curling my whole head only takes about 10 minutes, if even, because it heats up fast and curls quickly. If you are looking for something to give you tight, spiral curls, this is not it. If you have naturally pin-straight hair or hair with very little texture to it already, I'm not sure how this would work for you. I don't think it would hold the curl without using a lot of product. Don't think it would work for hair above shoulder-length either as it's clipless and you need to have enough length to wrap and hold it around the wand. A couple of reviews mention using this as a straightener and I don't see how that's possible. The best use is for loose curls. It holds for quite a long time. You can go three days with your curl and just touch up on a daily basis with this iron and product. I love it and for the price, it's a steal.

Nice and light, heats up fast! I like that the cool tip stays cool even on the highest setting. I like that my arms dont hurt by the end of the styling session... the lightness made me think it might've been flimsy and cheap but its not!!! It does not include the heat proof glove tho... but i dont use the one i have anyway so its not a prob for me!!! I'm glad i bought it!
