My girlfriend won one of these from a local store.. The ride is extremely smooth and quiet. It was easy and quick to put together, the hardest part was getting it out of the box lol. I bought the membership for a month to see if I like it, when the month is up I'm planning on buying a year membership ($100 savings) Sturdy, rides well, the app works good, so far we love it. Tips.. You can use this without the app if you just want to ride. The app shows your tention, cadance (speed), and distance. You don't need to pay for it, if you are OK with those stats like a regular exercise bike you can use the Freestyle Ride. There is a block on the bottom of the wheel that needs to be removed, 2 bolts and a stop block. The tool is included. If your pedals won't turn this is the problem.
