It is a bit on the smaller side, but that's one of the reasons I picked it!! Very easy to move around!! And for what you get, the price is AMAZING!! For those wanting more info, I'm about 5'3, 60 years old & I weigh around 250 lbs. So don't let age or weight deter you!! The bike seems super stable & strong and is very easy to get off & on. And yes, I have creaky joints & balance issues - another reason I chose a recumbent bike! And so far, it's turning out to be a great choice. I was so afraid I'd buy another piece of equipment that was just going to sit in the corner & collect dust!! So far, that HASN'T been the case!! One other bit of info for those who might want to know. They claim it has an oversixed seat. Lol. That can be fixed however. You can always buy a bigger seat on Amazon & replace it or put a cushion on it. I've just been using it as is, but it's NOT very big... Still, I can't say enough nice things about this bike, overall. 10 out of 10. I am a 61 year old woman with back problems and I was able to drag / walk this into the house with a bit of effort (too heavy for me to pick) and I was able to put it all together myself without a problem. It rides very smoothly and the back support is exactly what I needed. I bought this specifically to help my back because, as we all know a strong core helps hold the back. Nice exercise Bike for Seniors. I love the bike but it could use a better monitor. One that would be easy for seniors to use. My husband and myself share this bike. The seat is not soft but firm. I just ordered me a timer to use with it. So I can set it to go off when my time is up. For the price you can't beat it. I love the arm around the seat. It is great to hold on to. It is easy to get on and off this bike. We put it in our living room so we can ride it and watch T.V. it is quite and makes no noise at all. ... show more

2026-03-03 ========= So far - so good! Took a couple of hours to put it together (without rushing it). Construction seems a bit more solid than my old bike, which fell apart (after several welding repairs of its frame, but also thousands of miles), but the material (mild steel) seems the same, so - we'll see. Looks good, the seat is on a forward incline - hopefully, stronger. I'm barely 5'10", 200lb, and had to pull the seat all the way back, and my knees still bend. I was able to trick Kinomap to allow me to create an unverified account within the app and stay with a "free ride" option, where I could just see my stats (the heart rate readout is amazingly sturdy!), so I'm happy. I haven't even done a full workout yet, I'll report later. ... show more

This is the most basic and economical exercise bike on the market and yet it is what I needed for my medical condition. I am 80 years old and recently developed foraminal stenosis in my lower back. According to the research I did, a recumbent exercise bike is generally a very good choice for my condition, especially for foraminal stenosis, arthritis, and back-related nerve pain. I used it to gain muscle strength on my legs because I have not been able to walk or exercise for a few months. Now I can ride the bike for one hour a day. It seems to be a well built unit. There are two problems however. First, my wife is 5’2” and with the seat at its lowest she can barely reach the pedals. Also the arms were too long so I had to drill new holes in each arm so she could reach them. They are now all the way down in the receiver pipe. I have never done a review before, but I feel that this item deserves a review. It was delivered to me on December 13, 2025. It took about an hour to assemble. The instructions were spot on. Everything works fine. Seat is very comfortable and it's quiet.
