I believe I received a bad motor. I bought this for my 2010 suburban when my 4wd stopped working. I've been turning wrenches over 20 years. Diagnosed the problem, troubleshot everything, chased wires, used my scan tool every time. Everything led me to the transfer case motor, so I purchased this from Amazon because it is the same brand O'Reilly carries at half the price.
