Had to return it because it's not compatible to tmobile. Asked help from technical support but was referred to seller who suggested steps I already performed from the Google and YouTube searches I already did. Seller eventually referred me to a local technician around me which I'm not willing to pay extra just to make it work, or maybe it would not. Not worth my time and effort.
