This bike didn't work out for me, but the customer service experience I had with Eileen was really great and so I feel compelled to write a review. This bike is NICE -- and it goes FAST! Like, maybe think about getting a motorcycle helmet fast. Set up was easy (although instructions for how to turn on the bike could be included for ease). I am 5'3" (5 foot 3 and a half to be specific!) and the minimum height listed for the bike is 5'3". However, I was only able to ride it after swapping out the seat for a seat that could go lower than the provided seat. Once I could ride it, it was a blast and so smooth - I was definitely faster than all the other e-bikers on my route. However, the bike was just too big and heavy for me as a 5'3" petite and 130lb person. I also wanted a bike where I could get a good workout without using the peddle assist or having it on a 1-2 range, but for me the bike was just too big to feel that was possible. It may be different for you if you have long legs and have a lot of strength, so definitely don't let my review stop you even if you're 5'3". Eileen was helpful at every step - when we had questions about turning on the bike, her responses were prompt and helpful. She offered solutions to my concerns, and was helpful in returning the bike and made the process very easy. Thank you Eileen!

5 out of 5 stars because the bike is excellent in every way. Pros: 1) The customer service is phenomenal. If you have any questions, they respond quickly, and if you have any issues with assembly or anything similar, they send you a video to help. Special thanks to Eileen who helped me even with the most obvious questions. 2) The material it's made from feels solid. It’s heavy, but you can still ride it without electric assistance if you run out of battery or want to save it. 3) The battery lasts quite a while, although it depends a lot on how you use it. The first time I used it, it lasted around 28–30 miles, but that’s because I always rode the e-bike on level 5. 4) The e-bike is big, but being foldable allows me to take it on the metro without bothering other people. I don’t own a car, but I don’t think you’d need a big trunk to fit it. 5) The suspension is very smooth, when riding this bike, you barely feel anything from the road. The front suspension together with the seat suspension is extremely good. 6) It comes with complete assembly tools and simple but thorough instructions. They also offer several videos to help you assemble the bike. Cons: The only thing I wish I could change is the horn sound, which is more like a truck’s. So when you use it to alert people, they don’t realize it’s coming from a bicycle, you usually have to honk multiple times. Without a doubt, a classic bell sound would have been a better choice.

Great electric bike. It is a bit on the tall site but runs really well and has all the features you need. I love how it already has not only the front basket and headlight but also taillight with turn signals and horn. Inside the bag it even has a lock to secure your bike. You really don't need to buy anything extra if taking on the road other than helmet and rear basket.

I bought this bike in October. We are a one car family, and having this bike has aloud us to stay that way. I added a heavy duty basket on the back, allowing me to do haul lots of groceries and other items. I am 6'1", 210 lbs and have reached a top speed of 31 mph on a flat stretch. I usually keep the pedal assist set to 3 and ride around pedaling at 20 miles per hour with ease. It goes up hills with ease as well. It takes a long time to charge, so be mindful of that. It has a manual turn signal, which I have to remember to set back to the middle once I have made my turn. That takes some getting used to. Everything else has been terrific. I use it mostly to run errands, but it also fun to ride recreationally as well. I would recommend it for sure.

This e bike is awesome for the price and the assembly was easy after watching the assembly video. It also came with printed assembly instructions. Customer support is the best I have ever communicated with. I thought I was missing a part and emailed customer support on a Sunday evening, assuming I would receive a reply back on Monday. Within an hour on a Sunday evening, Eileen at customer support had responded. I made a mistake and was not missing the part. Eileen also followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you, Eileen for the quick resolution.

Do not buy. You will be sorry, I am. I could go on and on and on but I won't. If you make the mistake of buying though the first thing you're going to want to do is buy new tires because they are not rubber. I actually had a sharp Rock puncture a hole so big that the can of fix a flat I was carrying would not stop the leak. And Eileen is nice until she sends you a couple of parts and then after that they tell you to take it to a shop and no shop will work on a bike like this from a small Chinese manufacturer. It comes with no paperwork whatsoever they do not tell you how to adjust the settings in the display even if you ask. Trust me do not buy from this company. I even just bought a new motor from the company and Eileen told me I could not return it if it doesn't work even though the company page states that all the parts are guaranteed for one year. The frame is good but everything else is junk. The speed sensor is inside the motor and it failed on me which controls everything. I only have 35 mi on the bicycle. The new motor that I paid for is supposed to arrive tomorrow. But I'm just still saying that should not buy from this company. No shops will work on this bike(electrical).
