First the ebike was easy to assemble. I rode the Ebike 3 times, 2miles on the road, then another 6 miles on the road and then 10 miles on paved trail. It's a well built ebike easy to ride, a nice comfortable ride with shocks in the front and back, plenty of Speed, excellent Performance all for a really good value for the money And the customer service was easy to work.

The quality is outstanding. The battery last surprising long. I love the phone charge and the shock system. The two motors give great take off power and get you to top speed quickly. It wasn't very hard to pit together. Great bike!

The bike is really a fun ride. Lots of torque and very fast. Goes together easy and packed well. The only reason for four stars is no customer service. Sent them an email and they never responded . I figured the problem out myself. If you require customer service, buy your bike from a USA manufacturer or your local bike shop. I've recharged the battery twice now with no problems. Just remember this is a Class 3 bike and is not supposed to be on most city bike trails.

The media could not be loaded. This is without a doubt one of the best e-bikes you can get for this price. I bought one around January 24th and itβs now September 2nd and I just put 1000 miles on it. There is a learning curve as far as the dual motors and launch speed however once you get to know the bike you will be laughing like the kid we all used to be. Also the battery bracket is loose upon delivery so tighten it and possibly throw some loc tite on the bracket bolts to keep from loosening if you plan on off road adventures. If youβre on the fence then give this bike a go cause after 1000 miles Iβm still laughing like a kid again.

So i'll update this review in 30 days but here's my first impression. This is like no bike i've ever used. I'm 260lbs. And this has no problem getting to 30mph(probably alot more but ill find out later). It's heavy and seems like it would be hell without the motors but surprisingly smooth and easy to pedal. The battery is only a few months old meaning it didn't sit in a warehouse or was made with spare parts(random old parts bought cheap and assembled walmart style), very big plus. The battery charged to full in 4 hours from 0 despite that it's winter now when it charged outside(label says 6-7 hours). Could use more information and instructions on the battery though. Working brake light(returned one i bought), i recommend buying turning signals for your safety though. I believe Fedex damaged the rear fender but it wasn't anything to stress over. Gear changing was smooth but i haven't intentionally stressed them out to see if they jam yet. That said i bought several top rated oils i'll use before i attempt this. Bike is sharp looking and makes me look proportional to the bike with it's stocky design and large tires. I had a fear i'd be a meme riding down the road since i'm few extra happy meals larger than most. Customer service has been great, i had concerns about fedex shipping the bike out and returning it to IL 3 times and they responded immediately and reassured me reaching out to fedex. Very polite people and made me feel like more than just a number. I tested this at night and the lights are bright enough but don't expect them to be like car lights and buy yourself a highbeam option. I purchased $400 in accessories to add on to this bike and will list them with the picture on my 30 day follow-up. I highly recommend this company and this particular model. I've spent a better part of the last month reviewing other models and watching many youtubers to buy this model. This btw is my first amazon review in 7 years. That's how impressed i'm so far.

I liked the easy assembly, rear tire was already on and wiring was all done. It is the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden. It has power but also nice assist for PAS modes. I have not had it long but so far I love it. It is big, I am 5'11" when my basket is up I go leg over center to get on it. I added that basket it is not part of the original bike.
