It's not 10ft x 12ft., but 11ft x 11ft. That being said, it does seem to be of good quality, nice and light weight, and easy to work with. Overall I think it's worth the $, even though it's not the stated size. But actually 11'x11' is equal 10'x12'. LOL :-)

this was a perfect replacement for the aging screens on our gazebo. The zippers work well, panels are marked so they go up the same way each time, seems like they will last at least as long as the original screens if not longer

So the only star off is for the fact that's its not as advertised, the square footage is the same but it's 11 feet between the corners not 10 by 12 which messes up the alignment for the ties to the posts

    • Nice Low Cost Replacement Screens
I ordered these to replace the netting panels on my Aldi Leaf Gazebo Model Number:7884-15 as the ones made to fit this model were out of stock. The manufacturers brand netting panels last 2-3 seasons depending on how much direct sunlight hits the netting. Direct afternoon sun deteriorates the screen much faster than on any other panels. The screen netting on the west side are easy faded and easily torn. I ordered the Easylee Universal Netting late in the season, so I was satisfied with them at their much lower cost than the manufacturers brand. They appear to be well made. The threads are sewn well. The brown color blends well with the tan top cover. The border material is thinner than the manufactures brand, but seems durable. I will try to update in a year. The screens are just a little too long for this frame, but not enough to cause problems. The netting material appears to be good quality. It's difficult to compare as the netting being removed is heavily weathered and even the best being removed don't feel or look like they did new. I'm pleased so far, even if I have to replace these after a year, I will be satisfied. ... show more

Decided to install on our deck using outdoor hooks instead of a curtain rods as a temporary fix before the big screen-in deck project. Great material. Love how long the net is. So far it is holding up well. Added solar string lights for ambiance.
