I replaced my old cracked iPhone screen with one of these over a month ago. I was seriously impressed with the picture quality and the vivid display colors. I also noticed my battery wasn't dying as quickly as it was before with the original iPhone screen. Overall I was really happy with the quality of this replacement screen, but a month later unfortunately all the great qualities the screen had become completely nonexistant literally within an instant. There were a few minor issues with the display that I didn't mind at first until the unexpected happened. I noticed within the first week of replacement the screen has difficulty registering touch on certain parts of the screen, mainly in the center and lower half of the display. A temporary fix was to press around the edges of the phone. That's when I started to hear a light pop here and there... but I paid it no mind. I thought " Well... the waterproof seal was applied during installation and the screws on the frame of the phone that hold the metal bracket in place were still there so there shouldn't be any issues." After a few weeks this went from being an occasional issue to a daily occurrence. I found myself taking my phone out of its case to inspect the device more often than I should. The screen was flush onto the frame of the device, the edges of the display lined up with my phone perfectly, and the install was a breeze. So I thought "....What could be the problem?" Well today my question answered itself. I took my phone out of my coat pocket to answer a call, and suddenly the display screen flipped out of the metal housing that it came attached to. The screen's metal housing remained attached to the frame of my phone by the screws in place and the waterproof seal underneath, and the ribbon cables were also still connected to my phone. But sadly once the display popped off and dangled out of its housing, it destroyed the delicate ribbon cables thus rendering the screen completely useless. With all iPhone replacement screens, the display always comes attached to it's metal housing and by no means should it EVER come off suddenly. The issue isn't user error related, but rather a quality control issue. I must add that I spent years working within the wireless industry so this screen replacement wasn't my first. There were no issues or damage during installation. There were no impacts or damage to the screen or device after the install. I was extremely content with the vivid display and the increased battery life after replacement. But as a human I did make a mistake that many of us do: I did ignore the red flags for too long. I brushed it off and I should have been looking for an alternative replacement to this one from the moment I noticed the touch screen problems. I wouldn't risk going with the warranty and getting the same screen just to experience the same quality control issue. I'm more than fine with going without my phone for a few days until I get a different screen replacement shipped out. I also see other reviewers have had a similar experience recently with the display coming off of it's metal plate/housing as well, so take this as a word of caution if you do decide to buy. I really liked this screen so it's unfortunate things didn't work out.

My husband ordered this kit when he found out it was $150 to get my screen replaced! The kit came With everything we needed and he said was pretty easy and “fun” to install. It took him a little over an hour, but only because he was being super cautious. He could easily do it faster if we were to have to replace it again. I’m super happy with the quality of the screen, you can’t tell it’s been replaced at all!!! Highly reccomend!!

Bought this couple of weeks ago and didn’t want to spend money on an OEM. I must say that the screen quality is as good as an original apple screen there is one issue that it sometimes get stuck for couple of seconds but im okay with it. Its less than half the price of an OEM.

I bought a screen before I got this one that stopped working within a week, and the colors were off, super dark. So I bought this one after and it works great, just like the original! Can’t even tell that it’s not an apple screen, the sensitivity is great, can’t complain about anything yet, been using it since November.

Purchased this bad boy cuz the wife’s iPhone 11 was bugging out… Took me a little longer getting the phone open but the tutorial was simple, the labor was easy and saved me about $100.. I’ll be saving this just in case lol

Screen was easy to install. The tools that came with the kit cold be better if you are going to buy this buy a tool set to change the screen.

The screen is better then I thought for the price. The screen is solid and the screen is clear for lcd usually they are a slight blurry. Well worth the price.
