Ordered a pack of 10 bulbs, only one was stunted and although grew a little, has not caught up to the others. I experiments and potted 6 bulbs in soil in terracotta pots, and 4 bulbs in water/stones (see photo). These pictures were taken only about 3.5 weeks after potting them! They grew quickly, and the water grown bulbs grew faster than the soil planted bulbs, but all have bloomed. The scent is strong when you're nearby the flowers. Really pretty!

Some of the bulbs started growing before they got to me, it was no issue other than it being a gift so it stayed packed for a bit longer. Once planted they took off! Filled several pots and lasted a few months large, full, white petals. Very easy to use, great quality flowers:)

I love these paper whites. So easy to grow in a clear container with pebbles and some Spanish moss. It’s so cool to watch the roots start and the plant grow. I love that the fragrance of the blooms is very light. But most of all I love the blooms!!!! The first bulbs to bloom have kept their flowers for just about 3 weeks. I had to brace her, otherwise she would have toppled. She’s still growing! I would definitely recommend this company. 💗

I’ve never ordered flower bulbs through Amazon, and I’ll admit I was a little hesitant about buying these but the bulbs were delivered within the expected timeframe, they were undamaged and healthy. The bulbs came packaged in a breathable plastic bag, inside a cardboard box. Upon receiving them, I promptly removed them from the box and let them sit out for a few days before placing them in the growing container/ media I picked out for them. Fast forward to today, and it’s been about a week and half since I’ve ’planted’ them, and they’re all growing like crazy! I simply put a bit of water in the bowl, placed some rock, nestled the bulbs in the rock, ensuring the bulbs are not touching or sitting in water, just slightly above the waterline. Then I placed some dried moss around the bulbs on top of the rocks, just give them a greener, fresher look. I did leave more of the bulb exposed, just because I like the look of them that way, but I have seen where others hide the bulb by nestling them deeper in rock or the medium of choice. Def up to the grower what they like. All that to say, I can’t wait until they bloom and I am very pleased with these bulbs! If I remember I’ll update this review once they’ve bloomed!

I received these and planted them pretty much exactly as recommended. I rotated the pots into the sunlight and kept the water level constant. In short order, they just started growing. 1", 2", 3", 4".... I thought the darn things were bamboo they were growing like crazy even though it was cold outside. One day, on coming home from work, I was hit in the face coming in the door by a really strong smell. I quickly discovered that almost simultaneously all the plants had exploded with flowers. The flowers were really very pretty....the fragrance....not so much. Now, I'm no expert on flowers and their aromas...so all I can say is that make sure you know what these types of flowers smell like because WOW they are FRAGRANT!!!! If you don't like the smell you'll be disappointed. I ended up taking all the plants outside because everyone in the house wanted them out. Sadly, the pretty flowers eventually died in the cold. I feel bad for that because they were so pretty. It was strange seeing them outside through the window so pretty and full with flowers and wanting to bring them inside because that was after all how I got myself into the mess in the first place (seeing the photograph in their ad)!!!! Bottom line. Huge bulbs in package. Check/5-Star. Grows quickly. Check/5-Star. Grows tall on strong stems. Check/5-Star. Many very pretty white flowers. Check/5-Star. Nuclear-Explosion-Fragrance that we didn't like (maybe should have researched). Check Minus/No-Star.

I live in California and I planted half these bulbs 2&1/2 weeks ago. They started sprouting in about 5 days from the time i watered them. They are almost 10 inches tall now and I see the flower buds forming already. I am shocked at how fast these grew. Paperwhites are my favorite flower and I cant wait to see and smell these. I will be planting the second half in a couple weeks to keep the blooms coming. Shipping was fast and these bulbs were all huge and in great condition. I would recommend this product and this seller to anyone! Update on december 21 st. They're blooming for Christmas! Some of the first buds are opening and these bulbs are producing very large, beautiful, fragrant blooms that make me very happy. I love paperwhites. They're my favorite flowers. So happy to have these blooming for Christmas too.

I have been force growing paper whites for over 20 years in the house. I have always purchased my bulbs from Armstrong nursery when I lived in California. We moved 13 years ago to Tennessee and the only places close by were Lowe's or Walmart to get bulbs. I was successful the first 7 years but the last 6 years the bulbs just seem to not bloom with that beautiful pungent smell which I love 💕. So I ordered from your company and paid more then I have ever for 20 bulbs. They grew so nicely, tall, green and the blooms were so large. I couldn't wait for that smell. But,..... 18 of the bulbs never opened, turned brown at the tips. It was so sad 😭. The pic I sent is as of 2/3/21 and it has 3 pods ready to open. Let's keep our fingers xed. That means possibly 2 out of 20 flowered. Very disappointed ☹️. I need to find a new source to purchase from or have my friends sent bulbs from Armstrong nursery in October, 2021. I wish this review was more positive.
