I love my new table, was easy to assemble. The leaf is inside the table which is great for small places. However, the delivery company was horrible. They never called to arrange a delivery time, so I missed the first one. Then when I did try to contact them I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Called every number, no one answered, sent countless emails, never got a response. Then on the day that I finally got the table, I got a call, and was able to get someone to accept the table. So be prepared to have a horrible delivery experience. But the table is great! ... show more

AGREE: Well packed, easy assembly takes time, good quality & value. Beautiful in a traditional way___dark like in the 50's. The chair-fabric color complements the wood & looks better than the ad photo. Disappointed the "crack" is not flush despite arriving fully assembled. The handy leaf which is NOT skirted is no better. Thus table better for small spaces with occasional leaf use. Delivery a week late after many confusing computer-generated e-mails. They finally called us for the required appointment on residential deliveries. Would definitely buy again, but it's probably too old-fashioned for our young-adult kids ... show more

The set is beautiful. It's sturdy and very easy to assemble. I am a 68 year old woman and had it assembled in 4 hours. It was packed very carefully and sustained no damage during shipping. Shipping is a different story. I tracked it and it sat in a warehouse 20 miles from me for almost 3 weeks. But that has nothing to do with the high quality of this set. Wish I can say I love it… but I can’t… A large crack in the table top. The crack is so bad you can see through to the floor and it scratches your skin when you touch it. Called for a replacement table top. Will update the review once my replacement shows up. UPDATE: Called and emailed the seller to get a replacement. Never received a response or reply. What people saying about delivery company is true. One of the delivery guy rolled the table box into the entryway… hence the large crack. I do have to say the Amazon staff tried their best to rectify the situation. ... show more
