I got this as a computer desk for "working at home" use. It is solid, well built and good value for the money. PROS: A). 100% solid wood. Attractive grain. B) Easy to fit together but it is heavy (almost 70lbs) and, unless you know how to do it properly (and safely), you will need an assistant when it comes to inverting the constructed table (you construct it upside down). CONS: A) Polystyrene used in packaging. There are alternatives now that don't leave bits and pieces of the material floating everywhere. This un-recylable plastic should have been banned years ago. B) Delivery. The item was delivered unexpectedly 1 week early with no notification of change of delivery. The table was left in the porch during a long period of heavy rain. The door bell was not rung to indicate delivery. (Shipper CEVA). Fortunately, I saw it not too long after delivery so no damage was done. Added: I ordered another of these tables. The agreed delivery date was changed to an earlier date - not a problem - but their (CEVA) tracking information did not make it clear if the item would be delivered on the new date. When it was delivered, again during heavy rain, the driver did ring the bell. So there was no problem with water damage. More seriously, the item was damaged - presumably dropped on a corner (damaged) and some of the wood frame support was split as a result. Not enough damage to justify the time required to make a return - I can likely do the repairs - but not a good sign.

There aren't a whole lot of reviews for this table, but it looked to be what I was looking for -- a sturdy solid wood table that I can use for my microscope and photography work. SO I thought I would take a chance and I am glad that I did! The table is terrific, beyond my expectations. It's heavy (which is what I wanted, for stability), very well made, and incredibly easy to put together. The legs are thick, again what I wanted, which adds stability and means the table can handle a good amount of weight. Shipping was terrific -- I got a notification to make an appointment online, which I did, and quickly thereafter the table arrived at exactly the time widow they said it would be delivered. Very well packaged, no damage at all to the table. I ordered oak, and the color is a little darker than the photo here, but they said there could be some variation and the slightly darker color actually looks nice with my oak floor. I would have expected a table as good as this to cost a lot more. It's an incredible value for this price.

This is a really nice sturdy table that looks great! We did not want a "cold" arctic white. This table is a "warm" white which is exactly what we wanted, and goes great with our IKEA cabinets. They call the color linen, and that's a good word for it. The other thing that was great is the way in which it was packed and shipped. I can't tell you how many Amazon orders I've had to return due to damage during shipping. This table was impeccably packed with plenty of styrofoam going around the entire table. The box was punctured in one corner from getting banged up a bit, but there was not even a scratch on the table. It really looks perfect. Simple and clean design that complements our modern kitchen, but I think it would look great with just about any decor. You can "customize" the look with the chairs. And for a solid wood table, you can't beat the price. Very happy with this purchase! The table was made and shipped with care.

We purchased this table for my wife to use as a work table for sewing and crafts, and she couldn't be happier with it! It is the perfect working height for standing (which was very important to her) and it is large enough that she has all the room that she needs for her various projects. It really is very nicely finished, looks terrific and is as sturdy as any table I have ever seen, as it doesn't rock at all, and I mean not the slightest bit. The top of the table is very hard and tough, making it scratch and dent resistant when working on it, which means it will still look good and function as it needs to over time unless you really were to abuse it. We feel that it is a tremendous deal at this price. Quality, appearance, price and function are all five stars. I suppose there are many things that this table could be used for, but I can tell you for sure that this will work great as a craft table!

This is a solid, well packaged and easily assembled table. Mine did come with some a small scrape on one of the edges that is easily fixed, however my biggest complaint is the color. There are lots of versions of 'mahogany' so i was basing my color matching to be pretty close to my stool (also pictured). It's no where close and much darker than pictured. I should have just gotten the black since it looks nearly black. I'm bummed because this is solid and very nicely made. I'd return but this thing is, in fact, solid wood, and would be a pain. I'm going to have to refinish, which is precisely why i got rid of my old table.
