It's furniture that will be with us, we hope, for the remainder of our lives. It's become family! From the meticulous and clean packaging it was shipped in to the quality of the materials, and cost to value, we couldn't have found anything better. The wide arm design holds morning coffee and evening relaxing feet. We live in the desert where we we see a lot of strong winds and sand, and it withstands the elements and cleans up easily after storms. And we haven't covered it since purchasing. The fabric is super durable-we recently washed the covers in our front loader and they came out looking brand new. Had been looking for an outdoor seating set and decided to try this 3 piece set. Was a bit nervous to purchase furniture off Amazon without being able to sit in it but decided to gamble. It arrived within 4 days, was packed very well with easy to assemble instructions and we are so happy with it! They are a good size and we love the swivel. We ended up loving it so much we ordered a second set a few weeks later to form more of a group setting rather than buying a couch set, this way everyone can swivel. Our second set did come with one piece that had a dent. The company was quick to respond and is sending the replacement piece out. We have since ordered our third set to go on our front porch! The bottom cushions are a bit stiffer but we know over time they will relax a little. They look fantastic and everyone loves to sit in them! I had been looking for a seating set from all the high priced box stores. Everything was extremely expensive, 3x times the price of this set. I came across this set and thought it looked nice and for the price I might as well give it a try. When it came to the house it was boxed beautifully. Everything was covered and protected. The instructions were clear and easy. I put all 4 pieces of the set together in an hour by myself. the set looks beautiful and is pretty comfortable as well. The only problem was the table was missing the little round slider feet that go under the legs. I emailed the company. They wrote back immediately asked for a little bit of information and by the next day they said the feet were in the mail. You can't get better than that.
