I finally found it - the perfect couch! I ordered no fewer than 5 couches in the past two months, then either canceled or returned all of them. The pillows were too crappy (returned), or it was too expensive (panicked and canceled). I kept waffling between wanting to find a bargain versus not wanting a cheap looking (or feeling) couch. This is it! The perfect balance of price versus luxury. The pillows are amazing, they live up to the hype and they are really 6+ inches tall. The sides are made of some kind of weave that is soft to the touch. The overall frame is perfectly sturdy. This one won’t be going back - I can’t stop sitting on it and plan to do so for years to come. If you’re on the fence about this one, go for it - you’ll be happy with it if you like comfort and quality but don’t want to spend thousands of dollars. ... show more

This set exceeded our expectations, it is higher quality than expected for the price, very easy to set up and even my Virgo architect husband loves it lol. Note that the color of the cushions is cream, the description isn’t accurate but I knew that from other reviews and it was exactly what we wanted. These chairs are super comfortable and a wonderful addition to our deck. You will definitely need to add a large pillow or a few small pillows in order to sit comfortably because the seat is so long and wide. I have trouble with the narrowness of a lot of outdoor chairs. They have iron bars for sturdiness but dig into the sides of my legs. These chairs are super wide and make for very comfortable seating. They are also SUPER sturdy and I feel comfortable and not like they are going to collapse like some cheap metal outdoor chairs. It's weird - one chair was a breeze to put together and the other one seemed to not have the holes drilled evenly and was more difficult to put together. But, we got them done and feel this set is well worth the price for the comfort and sturdiness/quality. Highly recommend. ... show more

I’ve had this couch and the 2 chair set since March, it really is a gorgeous set of outdoor furniture! It doesn’t have a huge footprint but provides ample seating. The cushions are THICK and the frame is sturdy. Assembly was simple and quick. The cushions are creamy white, so if you have kids or a dog, they will not stay so. They do wipe up nicely with a microfiber cloth, I will launder them at the end of the season to see how they clean up. While on the cushions, they’ve been lightly rained on a few times and dry quickly. I did purchase a waterproof outdoor furniture cover that I put on whenever storms are coming. One thing worth mentioning regarding pets, I have a GSD who likes to jump sometimes, the arms and sides have numerous pulls that cannot be fixed (something I didn’t consider when purchasing but would still buy this set again). The side tables that come with it scratch extremely easily, like ridiculously so, but again not a deal breaker just something to be mindful of. They shipped one single cushion vacuum sealed which never came back to fullness so I did contact customer service at East Oak and they quickly shipped a replacement. Overall if you are looking for something more modern and not the boxy wicker stuff with thin cushions that everyone sells, this is a great value for the money. ... show more

We bought this set in the spring for our patio and have been enjoying it ever since. Overall, it's an excellent set and we're pleased with this purchase. We liked the design, especially the fabric wrapping on the back and sides, which not only looks attractive but also provides a unique aesthetic. The cushions are plush, with softer pillows that offer great comfort for your back, making the set extremely cozy. It arrived well-packaged, was easy to assemble, and is quite sturdy. A few points to note: - Tip: we found that the IKEA outdoor chaise cover fits the 3-seat sofa perfectly (after folding down the backrest pillows). We used a second one to cover both chairs and the coffee tables (see picture). These covers come in handy when the set is not in use or when the weather is about to turn rainy. - We picked the Earth Black & Misty Grey color. Based on the listing pictures, we expected a more pronounced color contrast between the frame fabric and the cushions. Nevertheless, the overall appearance remains quite appealing. For a better view of the colors, you can refer to my pictures. - Although I prefer aluminum frames for their lighter weight and rust-free properties, the steel frame on this set appears to be well-made and has shown no signs of rust even after enduring a very rainy and humid summer. ... show more

I was done with the wicker patio furniture because they die in the California summer and you have to keep replacing them every other year. I've had this sofa for a few months now and even the cushions look like day one still. No fading, no discoloring. The cushions are also super thick and sturdy making this a great outdoor sofa to sit and lie down to read. My husband put it together in no time. High quality outdoor sectional. Very sturdy and the cushions are thick and firm. I was able to assemble the sectional myself in under 20 minutes. Package came missing hardware, a quick email to East Oak and they sent the hardware out instantly. Great product and customer service..
