I ordered this modular coach due to i remodeled my basement and wanted furniture for a family room. I was not able to get a traditional coach or loveseat in the basement due to i wasn't able to get it through the door with the the cornered immediately turns into the space, so I decided to go with a modular coach and I am soglad i did. I was really nervous about purchasing online, but looked at the reviews and decided to take a chance. I received 12 boxes in total and the delivery of the coaches was way faster then expected it came in like 5 days. It came in 2 separate shipment. The 1st 7 boxes came and the 2 days later the other 5 boxes came. I am a woman in my 50's and was able to get each box in the house and down to the basement alone. The instructions were easy to follow, but it is important to make sure to read them and follow them. Each box contains 1 seat or ottoman with everything needed to put that seat or ottoman together. All the parts were there, it was packed really well I had not scratches or broken parts. The coach was easy to put together. This coach is great quality, super comfortable and I think looks beautiful. I would high recommend it. ... show more

I was hesitant to spend this much money without sitting on it first. I am glad I did. The shipping time was fast, most arrived in 3 days with the remaining boxes on the 4th day. I emailed for tracking information on the additional items and got a response the same day with all 3 of the tracking numbers. I put together the first ones that came in without instructions and had no problems, the instructions were in the box that came the next day. I am very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the sturdiness of the frame. I will be ordering an additional back pillow for my corner section but other than that it is fantastic and you can't beat the price. I love that I can re-arrange for my christmas tree but still have plenty of seating for everyone PLUS the storage room in the seats can't be beat. This modular sofa is a great addition to our basement. We have an add shaped basement which made us need to have a modular sofa so fit everything in it. We’ve had it for a few months and I’ve slept on it and we use it daily. The firmness id say is perfect - doesn’t sink but it also doesn’t feel too firm to lay on while feeling very sturdy. The storage in it is great! I don’t think we’ve even used it all yet because there’s so much. The color is spot on to what my what my wife was looking for. Overall, I’d recommend this again. Great couches but the boxes they come in are even better according to my kids , they literally put drawings inside the box for the kids to color. Very thoughtful. It's really cool. Also that they have storage inside the couches. The couches were very easy to assemble They're very light and sturdy.
