I am very happy with this product. I raise Maltipoos and several of them were scratching at their ears and were crying. Their ears looked awful, using a q-tip I came up with yucky brown liquid y stuff. So I ordered this product Day one they scratched at their ears, day two after applying it they did not touch their ears, now day three, they do not complain if I put it in their ears and none of the dogs are scratching at their ears anymore. I saw this on Facebook and checked Amazon to see if the product was available. My Chi had been scratching at her ears, so I decided to order. I used it for a few weeks, and it seemed to help her. She no longer pulls at her ears with her paw. I used it daily for the first few weeks, and now I use it every other day. There is no smell to the product, and it seems to comfort her when I put the drops in her ears. It is easy to clean her ears now, and she doesn't seem to mind me putting the drops in. I believe it is a quality product, not too thick, and disappears into her ear canal with no issues. I use the finger wipes to clear her outer ear on the days I don't do the drops. It took the smell of my dogs ears away. Yes it worked remove the deep down yuck in his ears, so then they could easily be cleaned. All in all it is a good product.

Does not do as the video I watched said. While using on my dog, her ear infection worsened. I had to stop use and only use Posatex. Her prescription ear drops. I purchased these because of a video I saw on Facebook stating some highly recognized vet recommended it, blah blah blah. I don't think he does. I searched his actual website and blogs and I did not see this item mentioned anywhere on his page. Now mind you, he was in their video. Maybe he was paid? I don't know. Also, I was going to purchase it on their website, and then thought I might look on Amazon first. I had not even entered an order yet. I had just entered my partial information and within seconds the company called me trying to "pressure" me to purchase the item from this person. No, I was not going to give him my cc information.
