I bought the 360 degree swivel mount for a 100lb bag (bag weighs exactly 102lbs). All of the hardware feels sturdy except the carabiners. The pin the carabiner hinges on keeps popping out, and the carabiner has stretched once so I couldn't lock it shut. I had to put it in a vice to compress it back to shape. I'll likely just replace the carabiners with something more robust. The bearings in the swivel and all of the other parts feel sturdy. I put pieces of foam inside of the spring and wrapped it with duct tape to help quiet the noise. ... show more

This is a sturdy hanger and is working really well for our 80lb heavy bag. It lets the bag swing and pivot. Only things to be aware of are: the carabiner that comes with it is not as sturdy as the rest of the components, but if you need to upgrade it's simple switch; on the one I received the instructions said the lag screw needed a 19mm socket and a large drill, but when measuring the screws it turned out to only be a 17mm screw, hence needed small drill for the hold and smaller socket. If you have to pop on by your local hardware store for a socket/drill, take the lag screw along to make sure you get the right size. ... show more
