This bike is a fantastic machine and has exceeded my expectations. I’ve driven it over 250 miles up in the Laramie mountains. this bike will go anywhere are you ask it to or that you have the guts to take it off? I’ve been up some very challenging trails, and I can drive on in a cow trail in the mountains. The only thing that stops me is large rocks and down trees. I love this bike it will give you quite a work out if you’re in some challenging, terrain but there’s no way you could do this on a mountain bike. It has been great fun and my dog is getting plenty of exercise. In fact, it wears him out. Customer Service has been great. I had slight damage when I got my bike and they took care of it right away , after a few photos and emails over I was just in a grapefruit trip headed up to 38 miles an hour on the road and it is built very well and I don’t expect to have any trouble with it riding on the rough trails. It’s a great bike I would highly recommend it for anyone that wants to get into the back country. and it has a battery large enough to always get you home. ... show more

I have had this bike for about 2 weeks and have ridden all over Big Bear, CA. I spent a long time researching what to purchase. The battery size, motor power, and the unique looks sold me. Here are some of my favorite features: Unique look - I have plenty of bicycles. I wanted something cool looking, without having to buy a motorcycle. Power - the motor spins up quickly and the bike goes 32-35 mph on flats. It’s only a little slower on hills. Distance - I have yet to run the battery below 60% despite going on rides at full throttle for about an hour. Features - Horn, Turn Signals, Brake Light add safety. I will be getting the rear rack which will improve utility. I will try to post a pic with accessories. Fit - I am 5’4” and it is a challenge to find an eBike that would fit me. This one works great! I was worried about not having an adjustable seat, but with the length of the seat, it is a flexible architecture. Customer Service - Eahora is in the business of making eBikes and takes pride in their service response. I had an issue with the wrong sized brake rotor and they promise to reimburse me for my time and effort. A couple of things - the bike is heavy, but I figured it would be. Still lighter than most motorcycles. The bike was packaged very well - no damage. Shipping was much faster than I expected. (3 days) But this may be because I live in CA, near where the shipment originated from. Assembly would have been a breeze had it not been for the brake rotor issue. It took me about 1.5 hrs. The computer does not come with a manual, but it is available online. I wish it came with a phone mount. But that’s easy to purchase. I also added the mirrors. If you are looking for something to commute or travel for fun, I think you will be really pleased with the Romeo Pro. Likely the ‘sister’ bike, Juliet, would make you just as happy. - Enjoy! ... show more
