I put it together yesterday and went to ride it after charging the battery, it has 54 volts in it and it would not turn on, contacted support on a weekend and they got right back to me. They sent a new display right away and it did work, after some more troubleshooting. They wanted to get it fixed right away and even offered to let me take it to a bike shop, and they would reimburse me for the bill. Bike seems to be a good one. I will check back in after a few rides.

I wasn't sure about the quality of the bikes and batteries, but bought 2 anyway. They arrived within the delivery schedule. Follow the online instruction video here on Amazon. Perfect and easy. Be cautious of which side of the handlebars you place all the wires on, especially the front brake. I installed them on the wrong side and my brakes didn't work well. So I watched the video again and found I had the on the wrong side. The video doesn't say which side to put them on so watch very closely. Wow this is a well made sturdy bike and comes with all the tools except a Phillips screw driver to tighten the controls on the handle bars. We have done a few mile rides up and down hill and WOW am I impressed. We live in the Colorado mountains and it's like the old saying 2 miles uphill both ways. The tires are between street and mountain style. The gears shift nice and smooth. Push the power button to start the control panel. On the left are the electric settings with 3 levels and on the right there is a button for how much assist you want definitely easier then a throttle grip. The bike has to be moving for the pedal assist to work. No electric on its a tough ride but you can downshift to help. Setting 1 is pedal assist, pedal to get started then press down the throttle button and it will keep you at the low speed you are pedaling up to 10 mph. Setting 2 is similar but more speed to 15-16 mph, if you stop pedaling but hold the throttle button down the bike will keep on going. Setting 3 is the same but with more speed. I used E only on a grade that normally kills us and end our day and had the bike up to 23 mph. Down hill on the same setting and I went 27 mp on the control panel you can see if you are charging or using E. The charge I lost going up hill with all E the bike regenerated on the way down. The percent of Battery life does change when you stop biking. I ended up with a full 100% charge. We are going on a 2 week trip with lots of biking to destinations. I'll repost if there is anything wrong with the bikes on our rides.

I just had a little issue on the light and the response from the seller was super fast, friendly and efficient involving the issue and sending the spare parts with no additional cost. The bike runs like a dream and now we ride with a super fast Electric Unicycle with my brother so would recommend all day

We like virtually everything about these bikes! ( we bought 2 ) the build quality is good. The quality of the components is very good. The front air Forks aren't great. But they are not bad for what they are. I would suggest to Eahora to switch to an oil damping fork in upcoming models. Both bikes arrived in excellent condition and 99% undamaged. There were two minor issues. Minor issue #1 the front chainring on the crank on the green bike was slightly warped upon arrival. They immediately told me they would send me another chainring for the crank! That's service! (They didn't even want the old one back) awesome! #2 the front wheel on the blue bike was slightly untrue upon inspection. I will just have that trued at the local bike shop for a few dollars, no big deal. However even tho I wasn't looking to get the wheel replaced.. the seller was still prompt in answering and expressing their apologies that I didnt have the greatest experience!! At this point I pointed out that both bikes should have came with free gift mirrors and didn't. The seller said O.K. we will send the mirrors!! Wow! U guys Rock! This seller is 5 star! The maker of the bike is 4.75 star! ( it's not a five-star because of an issue I had trying to order a 3rd bike with the main manufacturer. Nothing to do with This Awesome Seller tho !!
