This is the best e-bike model I've tried so far. I've had more than 7 e-bikes in less than two years. And this is the model that has given me the best performance, from handling stability to good speed. And although I may be a bit short on the range, it can travel over 30 miles at maximum speed, between 35 and 40 mph, with both motors running simultaneously. It has a good design. Compared to another model I've used, like the Julieta, this one doesn't have built-in LED lights. In short, to keep things short, it's a good model, and I highly recommend it, always remembering to do your research before purchasing and make sure it's something that works for you. This model has power and speed. Something very important: not only should the product be good, but the store and after-sales service should be as well. And the truth is that it only took a little while to resolve my questions and the few problems I encountered, and I was treated very kindly. I truly hope everyone can receive that same attention. I'm grateful for everything so far and hope they continue to improve the current models; there's still a lot that can be improved. In case you're wondering what the problem was, I had a problem with the brakes (nothing serious, and this happened after a while of use). For some reason, they leaked fluid, and even after refilling it, it didn't work. It lost all the fluid again. I did a full service, and it didn't work. I contacted the store's support team, and they looked into various reasons and solutions. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to invest in reviewing all these options, and I thought it would be better and safer for me to have a complete brake kit replaced. They very kindly provided it.
