My granddaughter has the more expensive version/brand of this product. I tried hers out and loved it and decided to try this brand first before buying the expensive one. I find this product to be very comparable to the more expensive brand. I love that I can dry and straighten my naturally curly long hair with one tool instead of two, saving time. And the texture of my hair is softer when I use this, and the style lasts for multiple days, with a few touch ups with a regular hair dryer or straightener inbetween washes. I also think I am not losing as much hair during the drying and straightening process since I am not using a brush to pull on my hair with this product. It helps to let my hair dry a little longer before using this tool.

The air speed is great and it dries well my curly hair (3B). I do need another tool such as a regular flat iron for a refinement/root touch up, however it should work well for fine and medium hair.

This hair straightener is one of a kind. It is the size of most straighteners but with better features. It straightens hair better than any other one used before. I would say it packs easy when traveling.

I dont normally write reviews, good or bad. But this product has been a real game changer, and I wanted to share for others who may be considering buying, but may have concerns or questions. Let me start by saying I’ve purchased the “brand name” product like this and paid three times more only to have it break less than a year later. I purchased this product as a lower cost alternative and have found it to be even better than the brand name, and at a fraction of the cost. I’ve attached a photo showing one side of my hair after just a few sweeps with this hair tool. This was on dry hair, but it also works wonderfully on wet hair, too! With wet hair, I first dry it all over with the plates clamped together. Halfway through, I finish drying and smoothing by clamping small sections of hair and running them through from root top to bottom. Ya’ll must try this product…game changer!

I’m absolutely impressed with this product, I try lots of hair products constantly and I won’t lie at first I was thinking idk guys lol it might be an epic fail and heat plates might have to go for the win but I got a smooth look, it styled well, and no heat=no damage or burned hair! I’d give it 10 stars just for that! My hair is thin, fine, and naturally curly so I straighten it A LOT lol. I like the look better, makes me looked more put together. My only suggestion and what I’ll be doing in the future is make sure you REALLY dry the roots, this process would of taken me a whole lot less time and swipes through but honestly this was my first go so I’m still very much learning a good method to the madness! I hope this helps you all! Also, I used the highest heat setting and highest air speed!
