The media could not be loaded. Came in 3 big boxes and it was super easy to put together it is a big couch but I absolutely love it and its depth when in “sleeper mode”. If your questioning to get it do it! It’s comfy to relax on ! I took a chance based upon only one review and I’m so glad I bought this rather the 4-6k couches in store that are similar! Only advice be careful of box it came in outside was covered in like black dust and could get on the cream easily if not paying attention! ... show more

3 stars because it's great dorm/frat house furniture, but I was really surprised at how cheaply it was constructed. Buying this sofa was a whole chore, so learn from my mistakes. 1) MEASURE 3-4 TIMES BEFORE ORDERING!! I say this because I placed the order and when the wife said "I think it may be too big" two hours later, I went to cancel it. Amazon said "Oooooooh, sorry bro. No can do." 2) IF THE BOXES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE, KEEP THEM IN CASE YOU NEED TO SHIP IT BACK. More on this later. 3) DO NOT OPEN THE CUSHIONS UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO KEEP THE SOFA. They are vacuum sealed and if you want to reuse the boxes mentioned in item 2), it ain't gonna happen if those cushions expand. 4) CALL AMAZON TO ARRANGE THE RETURN. I stupidly processed it online, got one QR code. For 2 boxes. I'm still not positive it's squared away, I expected to hear something from UPS yesterday but it didn't happen. I'm told they will come by, with 2 labels and take my boxes. I am hopeful they will take the big one I had to put the cushions and other parts in. So about the sofa itself. I think $750 is a bit much. It's literally three low frames connected by a total of 4 bolts, two arms (connected to the end frames by 2 bolts each) and three back sections that slide onto these brackets on each frame. Add 6 foam cushions, BOOM....insta couch. Ottoman is the same thing. The back cushions stay in place with hook n' loop. You can't remove the cushion covers to clean them. With cushions, the seating height is like 12-14", so it is low. Probably excellent for XBox night, not so great for TV watching or watching movies with the dogs. ... show more

    • JUST GET IT IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT IT
I’ve had this couch for about 6 months now. I love the look and feel of this couch, it is so cozy and comfortable. My husband and I have ended up having to sleep on it on a few occasions now when we’ve needed to and it is super comfortable. It’s easy to clean with an upholstery attachment but it’s not so easy to remove the covers and wash them, even when it’s marketed that the covers are removable (which they are) but it is a huge pain to take the covers off wash them, and then make sure that the right size goes back to the matching sized cushion (they have different sizes and it’s not easy to tell until you’re fighting for your life trying to get them to match back up). The covers are the only complaint I have but it’s a small one to me considering how much I love the rest of the couch. It’s still worth it to me and I do still recommend it to friends and family but with the added disclaimer about the cushion covers. ... show more
