The media could not be loaded. I bought the RIXOC E8 without overthinking it, and after putting some real miles on it, I can say it’s one of those purchases that quietly upgrades your life. First off, this bike has real power. It accelerates fast, climbs hills without drama, and never feels strained — even when you’re carrying extra weight. I live in LA, so uneven pavement, surprise potholes, and long stretches of stop-and-go traffic are just part of the deal. The suspension and fat tires soak it all up. It feels stable, planted, and forgiving in a way that makes you want to ride more, not less. The battery life has been better than I expected. I don’t baby it — I use pedal assist generously and let the motor do its thing — and I still get multiple rides out of a single charge. Being able to remove the battery easily is a big plus if you live in an apartment or don’t want to drag the whole bike inside. The moment that sold me, though, was taking my dog for a ride. I put him in a doggie backpack and rode over to a dog park in West Hollywood. The bike didn’t wobble, didn’t struggle, didn’t feel sketchy at all — just smooth, steady power the whole way. We rolled in like we do this every weekend, and honestly… now we kind of do. He loves it. I love it. That’s a win. Is it flashy? Not really. Is it solid, fun, and dependable? Absolutely. The RIXOC E8 feels like a bike made for actual living — errands, joy rides, spontaneous detours, and the kind of days where you just want to be outside a little longer. Lies, it's not a good investment,got this bike for my grandson 14th birthday, wanted it to be special considering he just lost his mom my daughter. It lasted him 19 days and it just stoped the motor does nothing, feeling secure because I bought the insurance I told him no worries. Asurion tells us that it's still covered by the manufacturers and they give us a one 800 number call the one 800 number for six days., finally got a person only for him to tell us. This is the wrong number. They do not work with bike parts, bikes, or no kind of bikes at all and I need to call my insurance company so I made another insurance claim only for them to tell me the same thing this time with no number to call the manufacturers, which is RIXOC. I hold Amazon Asurion and Rixoc reliable because I put in for a return on the 19th and it didn't expire until the 21st according to Amazon. But I was told call manufacturers or if you have Insurance call them. Between shipping for 250 the price of the bike and the price of the insurance almost $800 on a bike that my grandson cannot use and I'm getting no help from anyone to solve this problem. Do not buy this bike. I read all the reviews which sounded good but now here's my review. It is not a good bike if it stops before 30 days and you cannot get any assistance from anyone that you bought it from that shipped it to you or that you bought Insurance from not a good process to go through. Bike rides great! Battery life is ok. It lasts but we do have to charge it more frequently than some of our other electric bikes. The setup was simple and easy. We originally bought it for my 12 year old son for Christmas but it was a little too big for him but we decided to keep it anyone as he can ride it next year. Order product March 5th, still haven’t received my order or an update!! It was suppose to be here on the 10th! Think twice before ordering from them Finally received my bike on the 13th, everything works except the battery life, it doesn’t last more than 10 minutes! The e-bike came in with a broken horn and signal light buttons on the handle bar. I contacted Amazon who contacted the 3 rd party and instead of having to return the e-bike the 3rd party was happy to expedite and send the replacement part to me within 3 days and I was able to assemble immediately. The e-bike is worth every penny my 15 year old is having a blast and best of all he goes outdoors now. I tested the bike out myself and feels very comfortable and easy to use.
