UPDATE 2 (5 STARS): the customer support reached out and made things right by sending spare parts and repair instructions. They deserve 5 stars for their service quality. UPDATE 1 (2 STARS): after just one month of ownership, I am bumping this scooter way down in rating. After the very first ride, the right-side indicator LED on the handbar has gone dim (see photos). I am also finding the range of the scooter to be about half of the advertised range at ~10 miles, which is disappointing. I weigh about 190lbs and ride on mostly flat roads, so that's disappointing to me. I have tried to contact the manufacturer and if they do not respond, then I will initiate a return. ORIGINAL REVIEW (5 STARS): I got this scooter to make my commute more bearable and I think this one will do just fine. The scooter feels solid and well-built, granted I have only had it for a few hours. The assembly is simple, though be careful pulling it out of the box it comes in because you could accidentally damage the break wire. The lights are very bright, especially the turn indicators, which will be good for safety. I weighed the scooter and it measured 29.9lbs for me, which is a little higher than advertised but it's acceptable to me. I will say this: turns out 30lbs is quite heavy! I'm 5'8" 190lbs and reasonably in shape, even so I was surprised at how heavy this thing was. I can get it up the stairs relatively easily, but it's by no means "light". Now I'm really glad I didn't go for a heavier scooter! There are four drive modes. In ECO, it'll do 10MPH. In D, it will do 15MPH. In S mode, I managed to hit 18MPH though only momentarily before dropping back to 17MPH. This was another surprise for me. 18MPH was WAY faster than I thought! Again, it made me very glad I didn't dish out more money for a faster scooter because 18MPH feels scary enough! Over all, I highly recommend this scooter for a commuter. I haven't tested the range just yet, but so far it seems to live up to the marketing claims so I'm happy! Let's hope it lasts!

High quality, safe, wide foot board, strong and heavy, smooth ride and sufficient power to travel up and down hills. Five minute assembly. Would definitely buy again. Grandkids, 8 and 10, had no trouble figuring out controls in just a few minutes. Came charged!

I purchased it to get me to work about 3 miles away I'd say it's pretty quick topping out at about 18 mph it is fun to ride. The ability to have turn signals, cruise control and lock the scooter down remotely is a really nice feature.

Way better price than competitor makes of the same or similar design. Great speed. 18mph is fact. For a heavy weight like me (200+ lbs) it certainly struggles to lug me up a moderately steep hill (20° or 30° incline), but on a flat surface or low hills, it has no problem getting up to 18mph. No issues uphill or downhill for my 80lb child. It holds plenty of charge to run all day unlike the prior one that would last a couple of hours. The brakes are fantastic and very responsive and I love the brake light. Very nice and bright headlight. Easy controls and the Bluetooth connectivity to the Ivanti app is a nice touch. Super happy with this purchase at almost a year in (bought November 2024).

Standard scooter, but the value is quite high given the price. More comfortable than scooters with no suspension. Sized well for an adult. Unfortunately, my battery quit charging after 4 months. However, this is where they earn their 5 stars. The after sales department was incredibly responsive. Their directions for troubleshooting and sending evidence of the failure were incredibly simple. Their emails were prompt and accurate, and they shipped out a replacement battery the same week. Really, what more could could you ask for?

Updated review - the initial unit I purchased of this scooter unfortunately has some functionality issues after a couple months of use. That said, the manufacturer saw the review and reached out to me personally to reconcile the situation. They shipped me out a replacement unit at no charge, with allowing me to keep the initial unit. I'm happy to say this second unit is working perfectly and experiencing no issues. I'm thinking it was just that the initial unit I purchased was a bit of an anomaly, which happens. Would definitely recommend this scooter to others as well as an overall kudos to the support provided by the Invanti team.

Still hitting the road. I bought 2 as Christmast gifts in December 2024. Now almost march 2026 and still riding like a champ. The battery lasts long and gives over 15 miles of fun ( depens on your weight). The shock absorber isn’t the best, but make sure you don’t hit even a small rock. I like its simple design, not bulky, not too skinny. Easy to fold and fit in small spaces. Again, the power depends on your weight. It could be fast for some and slow for others. Its durability depends upon your way to take care of it.
