So I get this message on my phone: "Package was left inside the residence’s mailbox" LOL 😄 But seriously, I wasn't expecting it to be delivered until tomorrow. Normally a day early is all the better. But I live in an apartment building ... Long story. I won't be able to set it up yet, but as I unpacked it to make sure everything was there I noticed the wheels were not connected. No problem - just that these things are usually packaged with holes in the box so it can be dragged with the wheels outside the box. Anyway, I can easily see that everything is there and I don't expect any problems in setting it up. I have another EZ UP and it is in perfect shape. I just need another one and this is going to be great for my photo booth that I will be doing at events in the summer. ... show more

It was easy to assemble and take down. I used to own one some years ago and the canopy had velcro straps along the edges to hold the canopy in place so you didn't have to remove it for storage. But it does what it's supposed to do so I can't complain to much. I do wish I had just spent the extra money and gotten one with side walls and netting. Something to think about if your buying this and like a bit of pricacy or keeping away the mosquitoes and spotted lantern flies. ** updated review ** in 9 mile an hour winds (per the weather app) the son of a gun slid across the patio and the leg bent. I was changing out the cords that tie it to cinder blocks. Made the mistake of removing them all before I had the replacements. I was able to bend it back without it breaking but geesh. ... show more

I've ordered several of these. They last a long time and withstand the elements as long as it doesn't rain or snow too hard. They have always broken on me during a hard rain. Otherwise, is very easy to setup and provides good shade.

I have a public barbecue that I do every single summer that I need times four so I ordered these tends to set them up but they are really not sturdy with even a little when the whole tent went flying over and I had to pull it back even before I was even been able to put the pegs in the ground and the poles are very thin metal so to set it up is pretty easy but it’s very thin so the whole time it feels like it’s going to bend or break so if you’re looking for regular cheap tents then I recommend these because they’re pretty cool for the price but just you should know and be expected that they are not so sturdy and durable and they are easy for them to fall and break but overall though comes a nice packaging as well as a bag for it with wheels on the bottom of the bag to take it around and a simple easy set up but I think that they should make the polls though more strong and the pegs a little better and also when you put the pies until the ground you don’t have anything to push into the ground with so I had to like Stephanie I read my shoes to put pressure went to the ground I should give you like a harbor or something or just know that I’d be expected that when you sending it up they gonna need something to push the pigs it to the ground because you don’t have anything to push it down and the metal log piece that is used to attach the wheels to the Suitcase ... show more

The canopy itself seems pretty sturdy and decent. The material is typical canopy material, and the frame seems sturdy. I was surprised there's no velcro up in the canopy to attach to the frame like most other canopies, just around the tops of the poles. Still seemed like it held fine even in mild 10MPH winds. Haven't had it out during the rain yet, so I can't speak to that. And this is for my own private backyard fun, so I don't care about whether it's rated for fire resistance (I'm not going to have it near any fires). I can only assume anyone complaining about this are likely professional companies thinking they are getting a deal by ordering this cheap thing on Amazon and renting it out like it's a professional piece of equipment, and they are probably required to have it rated for that by the law. But not you and I when we buy this for our own home use. I compared it side by side to a friend's generic college football team canopy he setup in my backyard next to mine, and his extension poles in the canopy top were twisted and look like they won't last, while this canopy seemed perfectly straight and sturdy. Also, his required you remove the canopy material before packing away, while this EZ-Up went right back into the bag with the material on, so bonus for that. The wheel attachments for the bag were a little disappointing - there's nothing to secure the wheels to the axle pole - you stick the little pole through and push the wheels on the ends. They fall off easily. Not a huge deal, just an annoyance. My expectations for a canopy are about 2 seasons before it starts seeing wear and before I start thinking about replacing it. I was once again treated to a reason to do business with a reputable company versus trying to save a couple bucks on cheap Chinese imports. Bought the EZ up as a gift for my son. It didn't get unpackaged for the first use until after the return deadline for Amazon had expired. Two of the legs were bent straight out of the box. The bent legs would extend only with brute force applied. My son has an extremely demanding job and a young family so getting this handled was not high on his priority list. Once I found out, I offered to handle it for him. Long story short, it was nearly 2 months later before I was able to get the supporting pics and documents to EZ up. They stepped right up with no delay. I'm now waiting on the replacement they sent free of charge. Stellar customer service. Extremely satisfied. ... show more
