Lifting a vehicle is no easy task. My car weighs 3,889 lbs. so I opted for the 5 Ton E-HEELP Cordless Lithium Vehicle Jack. Frankly, I was skeptical regarding even a Corded electric 12V Vehicle Jack since it seemed it would be too weak being plugged into a cigarette lighter receptacle. Nonetheless, I decided to give one a try. Hmmm, to my surprise in my search for the best Corded Vehicle Jack for my needs, I came across the 21V Cordless Lithium E-HEELP. Cordless seemed even more unlikely to work but decided to try it since over the past few years I have converted to all Cordless tools. Shockingly, the Jack far exceeded my expectations. The Jack effortlessly and quietly raises my car to tire-changing level in less than a minute. Even more shocking, the included Impact Wrench too exceeded my expectations. It removed the lug nuts that were hammered on by a commercial Air Impact Wrench. The batteries are long lasting thus requiring no backups. The case is odd inside but houses everything well. I highly recommend this product. Since there are minimal instructions, I will provide a few tips. 1) The batteries have a button on the end, pushing it will indicate how much charge there is ... 4 is fully charged. The best way to know 100% a battery is truly full, hook it up to the charge ... the light will be red until t battery is fully charged then it will switch to green. 2) The Impact Wrench will only spin until attached to a Lug Nut ... when engaged with a Lug Nut, push the Impact Wrench toward the wheel ... its power will surprise you. 3) Prior to sliding the Jack under the car, spin the Spiral Column up until it nearly hits the bottom of the vehicle. Then slide the Jack into the correct position aligned with the Jack areas on the vehicle. Push the Up Button. Note: If the vehicle does not lift off the ground, change to the longer Spiral Column 4) Though the Jack, Impact Wrench and other items look in disarray in the case, it is configured that way.

Product returned. Was not what I wanted. It did work as described, but can only be used on flat surfaces. This is not practical for an emergency flat tire tool.

I just brought this back to Staples. Although it looked brand new, the case was missing the charger the lock and the Alan key. It would be nice on my re-order if I get all the parts and everything works perfectly. That case weighs a ton. Next time you come pick it up if it ain’t right.
