I purchased the EB7 Pro Blue e bike from E-Bycco on Amazon. It was delivered on August 6th, 2024. This is my first electric bike. It's a blast to ride! Where I live in Michigan it is pretty hilly. In fact, I live at the base of the highest hill in the county of Lapeer. This bike has absolutely no problems going up the steep grade on the dirt roads. The electric assist is a joy to use. As I pedal, the battery assists my uphill climb. If I want, I can make the bike do all the work going uphill. But I like to exercise too. I got a helmet, on Amazon as well, with LED turn signals built into the helmet to let people in cars know of my intentions. This helmet was not included with the bike. This bike incorporates a motor in the front wheel and a motor in the back wheel. So, if there is a really steep hill, I can just press a button on the handlebar and it turns on the front wheel so both the front and back wheels are now working to get me up the hill. The bike weighs about 83 pounds, so, when going downhill I can just coast. It can coast pretty fast too! I still don't know how many miles I can go on a charge. The first few days I rode it I went at least 30 miles, and two out of four lights that show battery charge were still lit on the readout. That was letting the bike do a lot of the work. If I just let the bike gently help me while pedaling, I am sure I can get a LOT more miles on a charge. So, being my first e bike, I sure am glad I got this bike. The engineer that figured it all out is a genius. There wasn't too much to put together when I got it but what I did have to do was a joy to do since it was all so well thought-out by a great engineer. It all fit together perfectly! When installing the front wheel, there are two washers with an outdent on them that go into the vertical track at the end of the fork that the wheel slides up into. Make sure both outdents are in properly. Each day I ride to town to the post office which is 2.5 miles away. Then I ride out into the countryside to my co-worker's home to give him his mail then I ride home. The total miles each trip is about 10 miles. It is a very easy, enjoyable ride. By the way, I am 5 foot 11 and I got the 26 inch bike. When I am standing at a stoplight or stop sign the cross bar comes right up to my crotch. This bike can go very fast but I have set the speed to not go over 28 miles per hour. I could set it to go 37 to 38 if I wanted to. After spending weeks looking through hundreds of bikes for my son, this is the best selection for this price! Then, the bike came within days and was well packaged. It was easy to assemble and Ive never seen my son as excited. After taking it for a spin, he said with excitement, “this is the best investment he’s made” as I made him earn and pay for it. Even had an opportunity to contact customer service for some questions, and they couldn’t be more helpful, prompt, and so responsive. Overall, I’m quite happy with my purchase. Things start off a little bit rocky, as I had a nonfunctional bike sent to me that was giving error messages and would not turn on and function properly. Customer service was extremely prompt and helpful and set out a replacement that has been functioning very well. Pros: -Sturdy and durable -Fast!! -Love, the included attachments, such as the built-in headlight, tail, light, basket, and phone holder. -Great price overall for the quality of the product. -Seems to work really well off-road, which you can’t say about many E bikes. -Good customer service! -Fairly quick and easy assembly. Cons: -HEAVY (although that’s expected and clearly stated in the description) -Bike kind of makes a weird squeaking noise when you hit bumps and I’m not sure if that’s the suspension or something else but it does not seem to impact the quality of the ride. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and I would recommend for anyone looking for a fast, long-distance bike that can be used on or off-road! ... show more

Very easy to put together, I ordered the extended handle bar riser, and a different seat,, personal preference. I cannot tell you what a joy it is to ride a bike again, i’m 57 years old, i’m not out to win any races, This is my first bike purchase in 25 years, let me tell you this was a great purchase, i’m a 6,4” 300 ib gorilla, I was Skeptical at first but I did my research and for the price this bike comes loaded, full front rear suspension, color display, thumb throttle , 52 volt 23Ah battery AWD 2000, watt 3000 watt peak, hydraulic brakes and let me tell you they stop you quick, i do about 30miles at about 27mph, and still have about 1/3 battery life left, I’ll get better as time goes with more exercise. and less weight on the bike lol. if I’d pedal more I have hag it up to 34mph a couple times,, i’ve lost 7 pounds it’s an excelent purchase I can’t wait to see where I’m at next year wirh my health, i’m trying to get off medication. The company shipped using fedex, which wasn't bad it's just fedex has alot of delays. I'd say for what the bike is, I'm very glad I was patient for it. And it would be nice if it had turn signals. Great bike though. For a stylish reliable commuter it's perfect for anything even offroad.
