Awesome bike; it feels like I'm cheating while riding at 40 mph, and I look like I'm joyfully cruising, moving the pedals slowly. Very quick and responsive, with a very comfortable suspension and seat. I took it across gravel, on streets and sidewalks, and it was legit; no sliding or loss of control. The bike is quite heavy, weighing 90 pounds with the battery. The front forks took a minute to figure out, and once I did, I dialed in the jounce. The front tires rub against my shoes when I try to turn sharply; that is something to consider, but it is of little concern to me. The brakes work; however, for the speed you're traveling, I recommend a larger diameter rotor. Tires are great, and the pedal assistance control takes a minute to figure out when riding. I am working on placing a Harbor Freight Apache case on the rear rack to carry items in the future. I am looking to disguise the bike so that it does not resemble an e-bike, as the possibility of theft is a concern. Battery replacement is easy; however, it does not disable the bike, as it can still be ridden without the battery. I recommend a reliable locking system for the bike and a better riding helmet. It may be extreme, but I use a motorcycle helmet because of the speeds you may reach without realizing you're traveling that fast. You really do not need to "pump" your legs to get to speed and maintain the speed; you can use the motors only to propel the bike, and that sustains at about 20 mph. However, if you set the PAS to level 5 and shift the gear (which has seven speeds) to 7th gear, and pedal, you will be flying. The experience is very quiet, the hum of the fat tires and the wind is what you will hear. It has been years since I rode a bicycle, I am not in the best of fitness, and this will help me get there while cutting down on my fuel bill for my commute. This will pay for itself in about six months for what I do, considering my fuel bills and other expenses like vehicle maintenance. When I was looking for an e-bike elsewhere, such as at Scheels, Dick's, and retail stores, the same bike cost was in the $3,000.00+ category. I purchased it here for under $1600.00 with the warranty offered at checkout. The bike features dual motors and a 4000Ah battery. The bike took less than thirty minutes to assemble, thanks to detailed instructions and a QR code that linked to a YouTube video. I am considering a longer ride, so I looked up battery cost, and it was about $500.00 off the E-Bycco website. I need to use it more frequently between charges to determine how often it needs to be recharged. It has been about a day of riding so far; I will report more in the future. It is an investment, no doubt. The pros are speed and efficiency, ease of parking, and the benefit of exercise. The cons are the financial entry point, but consider what you're getting with this bike: dual motors and a range of 90 miles with pedal assist. The higher potential for theft is also a consideration; this is where you would want to disguise the bike and invest in a better locking system. Final words, this is my first e-bike. I will see how long it lasts as I work with the bike and the systems.

Overall, I’m quite happy with my purchase. Things start off a little bit rocky, as I had a nonfunctional bike sent to me that was giving error messages and would not turn on and function properly. Customer service was extremely prompt and helpful and set out a replacement that has been functioning very well. Pros: -Sturdy and durable -Fast!! -Love, the included attachments, such as the built-in headlight, tail, light, basket, and phone holder. -Great price overall for the quality of the product. -Seems to work really well off-road, which you can’t say about many E bikes. -Good customer service! -Fairly quick and easy assembly. Cons: -HEAVY (although that’s expected and clearly stated in the description) -Bike kind of makes a weird squeaking noise when you hit bumps and I’m not sure if that’s the suspension or something else but it does not seem to impact the quality of the ride. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and I would recommend for anyone looking for a fast, long-distance bike that can be used on or off-road!

Very easy to put together, I ordered the extended handle bar riser, and a different seat,, personal preference. I cannot tell you what a joy it is to ride a bike again, i’m 57 years old, i’m not out to win any races, This is my first bike purchase in 25 years, let me tell you this was a great purchase, i’m a 6,4” 300 ib gorilla, I was Skeptical at first but I did my research and for the price this bike comes loaded, full front rear suspension, color display, thumb throttle , 52 volt 23Ah battery AWD 2000, watt 3000 watt peak, hydraulic brakes and let me tell you they stop you quick, i do about 30miles at about 27mph, and still have about 1/3 battery life left, I’ll get better as time goes with more exercise. and less weight on the bike lol. if I’d pedal more I have hag it up to 34mph a couple times,, i’ve lost 7 pounds it’s an excelent purchase I can’t wait to see where I’m at next year wirh my health, i’m trying to get off medication. Would purchase again.

Reviving the item was a nightmare. They shipped it though fedex which required a signature over 21, but I am 19 and I live in my own… other than that the bike itself is great!
