We purchased these curtains for our groom’s room / getting ready suite at our wedding venue. As we have large windows in the room, we wanted a way to keep the natural light for pictures (and not have to tint the windows which would alter the natural light) and during the hot FL summers for them to be able to be closed to help with the heat of the sunlight coming through. These curtains are a gorgeous dark cognac color that matches our leather couch perfectly and are high quality / heavy curtains at a great price! They completely elevated our space. I want them in every room now. Highly recommend if you are looking to take your space up a notch! As for black out, I attached a picture with the curtains closed that had the bright morning sun coming through and they were almost fully blacked out. (90%)

These curtains are simply amazing! This was right out of the package and there were no wrinkles! The fabric is velvet. However, I have not had an issue with dust or anything yet. Im definitely in love with the look.

After searching for a true cream color 52" width curtain, I finally found them. They hang nicely too. Although not a cotton velvet, these look good. There's no sheen, just the soft velvety nap. They're not total blackout, but I don't care. I've checked out a lot of curtains to find the right shade. My walls are Benjamin Moore "Jicama". Curtains that were White were too bright, ivory was too grayish, and most beiges looked too griege, somber or too-camel. Very pleased with these. Be forewarned though, if you're looking for back tab curtains, these have "tabs" but they consist of a cluster of threads and not a solid piece of material. That's a delicate vulnerability, but thankfully there are other methods to hang them if the tabs turn out not to be long-lived. That said, I am very happy with these overall.

Pleasantly surprised by these curtains. Super soft velvety touch. Lightweight, so not a huge pain to hang. Some wrinkles, but nothing a steamer cant fix. So obsessed & make my apartment feel so cozy. Highly recommend!!
