I bought this e-bike for my 70 year old father as his gift. He doesn’t know how to drive a car so his way of going around is limited. He had a regular bike but he can bike to places further than 30 minutes because it will make him tired. He needs an electric bike to pick up a few groceries and go pick up his medicine from a pharmacy from day to day. I was browsing online and I chose this one. The price is reasonable, not too high for a good quality bike. He put up the bike together in 30 minutes. It is easy to install. It comes with tools you need. It is also easy to ride as my dad described. He got a grasp of it on the first try inside our gated neighborhood. The weight of the bike is around 50 pounds. You will need to charge it when there is two lights on the indicator. The fact or limitation I have to tell is that 1, the battery can’t be removed. So not good if you want to get if off and charge it inside house. 2, the front wheel can’t be adjusted. You can only adjust the seat height. So it is better to buy a small one if you are not confident about your riding. We are still testing the battery life and will update after a few months or so. Taken together, it is a reasonable electric bike. My dad gets more freedom to go around with it. It makes his life easier. Easy to assemble, easy to ride.

I bought this as a faster commute tool for my husband. He was reluctant to the idea that the bike is electric powered but agreed to give it a try. It was a fairly easy process to unbox and put the parts together. My husband considered it a fairly neat bike and got hyped when he got the accelerator to work. After a series of testing , he told me that if he was able to own an ebike like this one back in college, he would feel way cooler and life would have been so much easier. This is just a faster and safer means of daily transport for him, as he had bruised himself multiple times on his skateboards and replacing a few lost/stolen ones had costed him more than this bike. Up to now, he has been taking the bike to most of his places and there is not any issues. After all, he considered this product a 5-star and would recommend it as a good addition to vehicles for fun and commute purposes, given that the roads in your daily places allow one.

Barely one year and not many miles and the bike has already failed. Something electrical has occurred where the brake/electric motor is stuck and locked. The bike won't move forward! I tried to access the batter and try to reboot/unplug the battery to get it to reset, but the rear brake is still engaged.
