Had the bike for 4 months now the brakes lights just blink and the tires won't spin. The back tire will not spin unless the power is off. Loved this but I have zero help from the manufacturer. They just give me the run around. Can not talk to a person it is all thru email.

Bike arrived promptly, instructions for assembly were ok. Brake light came dangling and not screwed on but that’s an easy fix. A little miss leading in the description. The bike is all throttle or all pedal assist. Have not found a way to change the pedal assist on and off and instructions provided do not explain this at all. Otherwise a great little bike, will still serve its purpose. Just wish the 3 levels was explained clearly or worked. ... show more

It’s lightweight enough to carry when folded, which is great for urban living. 2. Powerful Motor: The 350W motor provides a smooth and reliable ride. Whether I’m cruising on flat terrain or tackling gentle hills, it handles beautifully without feeling sluggish. 3. Battery Life: The 36V 7.5Ah battery offers excellent range. I get about 20-25 miles on a single charge with moderate pedal assist, which is more than enough for my daily needs. 4. Three Assist Levels: The three levels of pedal assist make it versatile. I love the option to switch between full manual pedaling, light assistance, and full electric mode depending on my energy levels. 5. Dual Disc Brakes: Safety is a top priority, and the dual disc brakes provide reliable stopping power, even in wet conditions. 6.
