I got my long awaited one (as it sold out immediately) finally and it beat QVC's order which was several weeks before my Amazon order. I love it. The only color available was the flesh colored one, which will go with many outfits. Perhaps they will dream up other colors later because it has been a sell out all over. I prefer the design of the Dyson to many others out there. The price was although high, but you buy quality with Dyson. I just don't tolerate heat well. I am so happy to have found this one as the size will slip in some handbags. I like that its appearance is low key, and not a large item hanging from your neck. It can sit on your desk, night stand, or whatever, or can go with you. It comes with a little bag to place it in. Me, I think it needs a bit of bling. Make it a fashion statement Dyson!! This is a game changer for me. There are many designs out there and I actually never thought of buying one because they can look a bit tacky. But Dyson made it look a bit more classy and demure. Everyone needs one. It works well. The airflow is amazing. This is one purchase I am happy I made. I was truely on the fence having not seen it in person. The name of this product and the marketing surrounding it is entirely misleading, and quite frankly, a blatant lie. There’s no reason a fan this small should be this loud. It’s pretty much unusable in any public setting – even the lowest speed is noticeably loud. Next issue is something that Dyson should have in their product description instead of burying it in a user manual. The fan can’t be used when charging unless you use it on the lowest setting. $100 for a loud fan that doesn’t even provide basic functionality while charging is quite absurd. It’s not even made of anything premium. It’s all plastic. At best this is the same quality as some knockoff brand that sells for maybe $15-$25. I am incredibly underwhelmed for a Dyson product. It’s a fan. That’s it. It’s a little less noisy than my budget 12$ handheld alphabet brand, it’s slightly heavier but not too much for most. On the lowest setting it does give a nice breeze and it isn’t screaming loud- but again, neither is my budget one. At the highest setting, it sounds like a regular room fan thats on low-medium… With a name like hushjet I thought this would be very quiet! I wanted to use this in office settings and during meetings so I wouldn’t distract anyone— thats not going to happen. Also other new tech like the shark chill pill has a cooling plate and a mister for 20$ more…. I don’t know Dyson I’m disappointed here. They have a new toothbrush coming out I would like to try but now I’m getting concerned their QC may be going down…. The reason I picked Dyson was because I have 4 Dyson products- 2 fan.heater.purifiers, 1nfan/heater and of course a cordless stick vac that is still going strong after 15 years— but I really do need a new stick vac, or at least a new one dedicated for usual household upkeep. ... show more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love the Dyson HushJet Mini Bladeless Personal Fan! It is compact, sleek, and surprisingly powerful for such a small fan. The bladeless design makes it feel safer and much easier to clean, and it runs incredibly quietly, which is perfect for using at night, at my desk, or anywhere I want a little extra airflow without a lot of noise. The airflow is smooth and refreshing, and I really like how portable it is. It’s a great little fan to keep nearby when you need to cool down without taking up much space. I just bought this and I really want to like it, but I’m afraid I might be sending back. I bought this because they said how quiet it was. My purpose was a personal fan in church where I seem to get really hot. (May be too much guilt.) It’s definitely too loud. I turned this on in my living room and went all the way into the kitchen and my wife could hear the fan on the low setting with the tv going. It would definitely be a disturbance in church or any other quiet setting. Air flow is great, but the noise is definitely an issue that I may not be able to get over. ... show more

Ur not going to get a portable fan that doesn’t make some sort of noise. With that said, the airflow is strong and targeted which I like and the noise is comparable to any other portable fan. Doesn’t really do much in 100 degree weather but neither would any fan that only blows air (no cooling function). It’s perfect for a plane! I got the blush color and ended up returning because it’s a lot more pink than the picture shows. Will be buying a different color. For the look, power, and portability, it’s a win for me ... show more

Thisnis horrible. It is sooo loud. Why is this fan called a ‘hushjet’. There is nothing hush about it. It is hard to have a conversation around it and if you are in church, a meeting or in any quiet space, you do not want to start this thing-everyone will look at you to turn it off. It seems like Dyson took all of their products and out them into a fan because the fan sounds just like all their other products. Dyson please do better. ... show more
