Installed in less than a day. I’ve installed multiple of these kits. Comes with everything needed to install.. however i would strongly suggest getting a sized adapter for the rear wheel sprocket to drive the chain. Most bikes have a 1 in to 1 and 1/2 hub that it presses on to instead of messing around with the compressed fiber donuts they give you to mount the sprocket to the spokes of your tire. You will save yourself half a days work because you don’t have to align and re-align your sprocket tightness a million times to keep the chain from falling off. I also suggest a link breaker to shorten the size 415 chain instead of using the chain tensioner included. Chain tensioners have a tendency to slip inwards and destroy your spokes. What makes this kit worth every penny is the transmission it comes with. It comes with the best option which is the doubled up gears with a dual chain drive with beefy housing to the drive chain. This sucker is hard to break and smooth as hell compared to the belt drive or single gear and chain drive. ... show more

I bought three motors and have had problems with all of them. Two of the cluches went. Both bright belts snapped, the both coborators pour gas out the over floor. This is all work on three things of riding it. I'll return all of this for and elastic bike. Seriously you're motors are no good. The second one I bought had a belt spindle. This is why I don't like outsourcing. It's all cheap labor there for not put together correctly. How do I get the gas to stop coming out of there over flow ... show more

I had high Hope's for this item but so many pieces were faulty! Things were broken and things are missing not to mention measurements were off. On top of all of that amazon won't let me return it bec it's an engine?!?! Please dont waste your money just get something better.

The engine mount is so large it does not fit. The pedals are not wide angle maybe they also will not work well.

It came without a manual or assembly instructions. It turned out to be an easy install, but for someone who has never done it before (me), that can be a little intimidating. But I just watched a couple of YouTube videos and I was good to go. The engine started up on the second pull, and has started up reliably ever since. It doesn't have a lot of power so you need a running start to get up a steep hill ( and you still might not make it), but it works fine otherwise. I've been having trouble with the chain, but that's more my fault than anything else, I didn't have it adjusted the right way, and it kept falling off. I figured it out and it stays on now, but if I would have had a manual, or instructions other than a couple of pictures, I would have done it right the first time. The instructions were just a few lines of text running down the side of the single page of pictures which were the installation instructions. The instructions were hilarious. They were written by an educated foreigner who knows the English language but has no idea of how to speak it. But I'm happy with the finished product. ... show more
