It is said to be a hot shoe extension but the shoe that attaches to the camera is plastic so it is actually a cold shoe extension and will not trigger the flashes. Further, the picture shows 2 flashes attached to the bracket without a sync cord which is misleading.

    • Stop!! Read this!!
The cold shoe mount is now stuck on my flashpoint round flash! I don’t know why but it simply won’t come off which means I can’t use my flash on camera until I figure out how to get this thing off. Too many plastic parts anyways. It’s going back.
