I have purchased 5 of these lift recliners. They are wonderful and very comfortable. They are packaged really well. Easy to put together and takes 20 to 30 minutes to unpack and assemble. The faux leather holds up really well and is beautiful. I would highly recommend these!!!!

Quality power chair. The fabric color we ordered arrived as shown in photo. The heated seat is ok, but, would be better if it stayed on longer. My mom doesn’t find it quite warm enough. The chair reclines nicely and offers a generous back support! I gave this chair 4 stars because of the heat and because the remote has no place to rest and is always falling, making it difficult for her to retrieve. I will be adding a zip tie to help hold it in place. Overall a very well made chair and it is a good size for smaller to medium people.

OMG! What a wonderful chair. Last year I ordered this chair in cream (White) faux leather and it was almost as great - Hurricane Helene drowned it😩. On 7/2 I broke my foot, had surgery today 7/18, and in between I ordered this chair which is a bit shorter than the first one, but it’s genuine leather and even MORE comfortable!!! My granddaughter assembled it for me in less than 20 mins, which included takin flattened boxes out to bin. I am truly thrilled, not to mention that post-surgery its fabulous to have the lift function. I’ll be sleeping on this chair too. All around a great choice! I’m SO HAPPY with my recliner!

After searching all the local retailers for a replacement chair for our elderly mother we ran across this for about 1/2 the price of a store bought chair that was also going to take 3 months to get. We ordered this and had it in 3 days! The chair is simple to assemble, with solid construction and great electronic features. It is nice looking and matches our decor perfectly (so says my wife) We were completely blown away with all this and the money we saved. This particular chair is on the smaller side which is a perfect fit for her. Definitely recommend this chair.

I bought this chair for my 83 year old mother to use. She was wanting a chair with padded wooden arms like an office chair that wouldn't collapse to the side from leaning on them like other lift chairs she has had. That will not be a problem with the arms on this chair. She loves how they're made on this chair and how solid but comfortable they feel. She says this chair is very comfortable and feels very well made. The arm panels are very solid unlike the other cheaper lift recliners I've bought and had to replace in no time. The base is definitely solid and the back is solid and well made. The lumbar support pillow which we both thought would not be comfortable tuns out is very comfortable for her and helps with her hip pain. There are a couple minor cons I must mention with the chair. However, keep in mind they are just minor nit picks. First the heat and message plugs in separately to the lift mechanism which means you need two outlets for the chair. They also use separate remotes, but I knew that when I bought it. I did not realize it used two plugs. Pretty sure they could have found a way to make them both run off of one plug. Second, the lift mechanism does make a bit of a high pitched noise when lifting and lowering. It is extremely quiet but is there. The footrest and back movement do not make the noise, just the lift mechanism. Those are the only cons we've found with the chair. Nothing worth removing a star over but I felt they needed to be mentioned. Finally, customer service was excellent. There was a bit of a delay in shipping but they were on top of it and kept in touch all the way though delivery. I very much appreciate the attention they paid to making sure things got taken care of. Top notch. Overall, I love this purchase. The chair is slightly more expensive than other lift chairs but the build quality feels worth the extra cost. Especially the wooden arms that are more solid and was what she was looking for. It also looks and feels very well made in other areas. They even paid attention to minor details like having the little extra back pieces for the edge to make the chair look better and even those are very solid feeling and well made. I highly recommend this chair.

Seems very well made, seat is very firm, not as comfortable as I would like. I probably would not have purchased the chair had I been able to sit in it before hand. Perhaps it will soften up over time. We need to use a seat cushion for my husband who has Parkinson's. Easy for me to operate, the two remotes are more challenging for my husband. Chair recline and lift operate smoothly and has infinite adjustment. It is a very attractive chair. Did not come with protective seat cushion as advertised.
