I got this chair for an elderly woman. I chose this one because according to the description it would be a good fit for size. IT IS PERFECT!!! (she is about 5 feet tall) She loves it. It arrived much sooner than I expected. Went together easily and operates as described. I was surprised at the excellent quality of the fabric and comfort of the cushioning. It is somewhat firm, giving her good support without being too stiff. The heat and massage were not a factor in choosing this chair, but it is so nice she does not want to turn it off. This is an item you can order with confidence. I chose the brown fabric, so I can't speak to the other choices.

After searching all the local retailers for a replacement chair for our elderly mother we ran across this for about 1/2 the price of a store bought chair that was also going to take 3 months to get. We ordered this and had it in 3 days! The chair is simple to assemble, with solid construction and great electronic features. It is nice looking and matches our decor perfectly (so says my wife) We were completely blown away with all this and the money we saved. This particular chair is on the smaller side which is a perfect fit for her. Definitely recommend this chair.

Love this chair. It is modern looking, not bulky. The fabric is lovely. The chair operates smoothly and quietly. It is very comfortable and lifts me right up so I can easily stand. It was very easy to put together. Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful find, I mean this chair and the company! Both are top notch, good quality. The chair is very sturdy and works well, everything is just as it says. It is very comfortable for my 91 year old mom, as it is proportioned for a smaller or elderly person. Some other good things are: It was delivered in a timely manner, the material and pattern are really nice; the quality of the other materials used in this chair were excellent and it is not one that is too squishy soft, so the person sinks in to the chair, rather it’s comfortable and holds it’s shape, so the person, especially seniors, are able to keep their bones and backs aligned better. The only problem was a bracket was bent. The company was fast to resolve my problem with a quality answer! It feels good to know there are still companies that make great products and care about the customer! Buy the chair!

I purchased 2 chairs at out of the box there was damage of the first chair...I'm resting to attempt the second chair...no instructions for the cords and very little for assembly. The slit thankfully is on the inside of the arm and covered up. I will submit a second review for the other chair.
