OMG! What a wonderful chair. Last year I ordered this chair in cream (White) faux leather and it was almost as great - Hurricane Helene drowned it😩. On 7/2 I broke my foot, had surgery today 7/18, and in between I ordered this chair which is a bit shorter than the first one, but it’s genuine leather and even MORE comfortable!!! My granddaughter assembled it for me in less than 20 mins, which included takin flattened boxes out to bin. I am truly thrilled, not to mention that post-surgery its fabulous to have the lift function. I’ll be sleeping on this chair too. All around a great choice! I’m SO HAPPY with my recliner!

I have purchased 5 of these lift recliners. They are wonderful and very comfortable. They are packaged really well. Easy to put together and takes 20 to 30 minutes to unpack and assemble. The faux leather holds up really well and is beautiful. I would highly recommend these!!!!

I bought this chair for my 83 year old mother to use. She was wanting a chair with padded wooden arms like an office chair that wouldn't collapse to the side from leaning on them like other lift chairs she has had. That will not be a problem with the arms on this chair. She loves how they're made on this chair and how solid but comfortable they feel. She says this chair is very comfortable and feels very well made. The arm panels are very solid unlike the other cheaper lift recliners I've bought and had to replace in no time. The base is definitely solid and the back is solid and well made. The lumbar support pillow which we both thought would not be comfortable tuns out is very comfortable for her and helps with her hip pain. There are a couple minor cons I must mention with the chair. However, keep in mind they are just minor nit picks. First the heat and message plugs in separately to the lift mechanism which means you need two outlets for the chair. They also use separate remotes, but I knew that when I bought it. I did not realize it used two plugs. Pretty sure they could have found a way to make them both run off of one plug. Second, the lift mechanism does make a bit of a high pitched noise when lifting and lowering. It is extremely quiet but is there. The footrest and back movement do not make the noise, just the lift mechanism. Those are the only cons we've found with the chair. Nothing worth removing a star over but I felt they needed to be mentioned. Finally, customer service was excellent. There was a bit of a delay in shipping but they were on top of it and kept in touch all the way though delivery. I very much appreciate the attention they paid to making sure things got taken care of. Top notch. Overall, I love this purchase. The chair is slightly more expensive than other lift chairs but the build quality feels worth the extra cost. Especially the wooden arms that are more solid and was what she was looking for. It also looks and feels very well made in other areas. They even paid attention to minor details like having the little extra back pieces for the edge to make the chair look better and even those are very solid feeling and well made. I highly recommend this chair.

Easy, so easy! This is a great chair well worth the money. Easy to assemble too. One person can assemble. Im 5'4 and had no trouble with it. 2 page instruction with pictures. And the features are excellent! Thumbs up!

Update 10/31 - Changed from 3 stars to 5. Their Customer Service really came through! A replacement base was sent and we completed the installation with no issues. All pieces just slide together, not bolts or clamps to worry about. The chair meets all my expectations for assisting my elderly father's mobility. As noted by others, this is not a chair for a larger person, but for us, it was perfect. Again, their Customer Service is outstanding!! Update 10/22 - just two days after the seller responded and will send me a new base. No need to send back the old one. Fingers crossed, hopefully this will be resolved soon! The chair arrives is two large cartons. Shipment was by FedEx and was pretty quick arriving a week earlier than expected. This is a two person job in moving and unpacking the cartons. Assembly is quick, essentially the sides, back, and chair arms just slide into the base. Unfortunately the right side bracket (which the chair back slides into) was bent at a 45 degree angle. Strange, as the shipping box and all other components show no sign of damage, just this bracket. I immediately issued a return request and notified the seller as well. Not looking forward to shipping it all back, it weighs close to 200 pounds, but we'll see what happens. Hopefully this will get resolved quickly, so the one star rating my change, stay tuned!

This recliner arrived in two boxes and my husband was able to assemble it by himself without tools. It works exactly as promised, with the head and feet reclining separately. The motor works nice and slow so that you can set the recline exactly how you want it. It took a little practice to get used to the remote settings which are all in pictographs. The feet down button works to put your feet down and then lift the chair. If you don't want the chair to lift you have to remember to stop pressing it. The heat and massage are in the lumbar (back) part of the chair only. It's a nice feature, but not the reason we bought it. The chair when fully reclined is definitely comfortable enough to nap in, which I did as soon as it was set up. The only problem is that the chair is too big for its intended user, my mother. I didn't read the description carefully enough, where it states it's for 5'3" to 5'7" and she is under 5 feet. My bad. I contacted the company and they were very accommodating about a return and refund.
