The media could not be loaded. I purchased this lift chair last month and assembly took about 20 minutes and now it's become my favorite spot in the house. What I love: The smart lift mechanism raises me up before tilting forward, making it much easier to stand At 5'8", I fit comfortably even though it's designed for slightly shorter users The sturdy wooden armrests give me something solid to grip when getting up Plush padding that's so comfortable I've fallen asleep in it multiple times Excellent customer service replaced a missing power supply immediately Minor drawbacks: The adjustments move slower than I expected After a few initial hiccups, this chair has exceeded my expectations. The heat and massage features are wonderful bonuses. If you need mobility assistance and are average or petite in size, I highly recommend giving this chair a try!

We looked at plenty of chairs at our local furniture store but decided to go with these. Most local chairs seemed to be made cheaply. I was hesitant to order chairs online. Before you order, be sure to thoroughly review the size and dimension of each chair. Make sure you’ll be happy with the size. Chair came in 2 boxes. Don’t be nervous if one box shows up one day and the second box, the day after. Shipping was still extremely quick…just a few days. We went with a chair in size medium for my wife 5’2” and this large/tall chair for me. I’m 6’0” and about 215lbs. We’re in our 40’s so we don’t utilize the lift option in these. I would say I fit well but I wouldn’t mind a little extra space width wise. If I had to do it again, I would get a larger chair. The large/tall has a flip down extension so your feet don’t dangle off. With that said, Chair is fairly comfortable. Fabric seems like it will stand up well. Cushioning seems adequate. We really like the heat and massage on our chairs, this is the reason we went with these in the first place. There are 2 controllers. One manages the recline options, the other manages heat and massage functions. No issues with either chair purchased other than we wish we had sized up more. Fit 3/5, shipping 5/5, Comfort 4/5, Cushioning 4/5, Recline and massage 5/5.

Best recliner I’ve ever owned. I have had a few. The genuine leather is soft and comfortable. Well made and everything works better than I expected. I chose the dark blue because it’s the closets to black. Fits great with my other furniture. The support when laying flat is exceptional and when using the heat with massager I fall right to sleep, and don’t have to worry because it has a timer to shutoff with 3 different shutoff times. This company is easy to work with and will respond with any questions you may have. Thank you for making my experience 5 Star.

I absolutely love this recliner! The cushioning is incredibly soft and supportive, making it perfect for relaxing, reading, or taking a nap. The reclining mechanism works smoothly and allows you to fully stretch out your legs comfortably. The light beige fabric looks clean and elegant, and it’s cozy without feeling too warm. It is a very nice chair. Heavy and comfortable. I just got mine together today and everything works. Still getting used to it. I would recommend. The assembly is fairly simple but would recommend two people. Had to move chair from garage into the house, up steps and it wasn't for the faint of heart. Get help. Other then all the "horns and whistles" two thing impressed me . Castors are included. Easy to roll around on those wheels. Without the wheels moving it around it would be like moving a safe. The "lift" is serious. If you can't get up out of that chair with that lift you should not be in a chair. May come back later and give an update after I get a little heavy use out of it. (This is later) After two or three days it suddenly dawned on me this chair does not have a battery back up. Think about being all reclined and foot rest extended and the power goes off. It would be a trick getting out. I should have thought of that before so that is on me. Still a nice chair. I will keep it and still give it a five star review.

I bought this for my brother who was in ICU for 3 months. He was so weak. The stand up feature was what I was looking for. It works great! I got the tan color. It is a real tan, not orange thankfully. Its plenty big for a man, but not so big you can't fit it in your living room! And its heavy, very well made. All the features worked fine. Only downer is the assembly part. Took 2 of us to put it together, but it was worth it. I highly recommend this chair. Good value for leather!!! Worth every penny.

I have purchased 5 of these lift recliners. They are wonderful and very comfortable. They are packaged really well. Easy to put together and takes 20 to 30 minutes to unpack and assemble. The faux leather holds up really well and is beautiful. I would highly recommend these!!!!
