This is the 4th reclyner I had my last one was only 15 months old. Because my legs hung over and I’m short 5ft 6 yet they hung over causing me to be so uncomfortable. I couldn’t take another day on that chair because it stopped my circulation. I’m handicapped and it was causing me to have serious health issues with my legs. So I finally found a chair that has an extension to it and not only is it the most comfortable chair I ever had my feet are not hanging over. I was very concerned about getting faux leather well let me tell you if you put your hands on it or sit on this or my leather couch you can’t tell the difference. I sit on it 10-12 hours a day and I do not sweat or feel hot on it. The material is soft and durable. Chair is plush and comfy. Now if that’s not enough their customer service is the best. They give you a tel. number and a live person helps you and goes out of their way to help you with anything you need. The best costomer service I ever experienced. I highly recommend this wonderful chair it is so comfortable and the service you get is unbelievable. They helped me so much and were very patient with me and always got back to me. Even sent me a video to help aside me when I had a technical issue. They are the best and are extremely helpful and patient.

Best chair I've ever owned. The features are great. It's well designed. It's very comfortable to sit in. The material is good. Some people have complained about the difficulty of putting it together. The directions are good but it's a little bit complicated to put together. Read the directions before you stop. Goes slowly through the steps. It does come together. It was shipped as promised and arrived as promised. It was very well packed and came without damage.

I have owned this chair for several months now, and I am happy with it. A family member had some serious surgery a short while after it arrived. It made sitting and getting up a lot easier. Comfortable enough to spend time sitting and reclined for periods and being able to get up without ripping stitches. Now I keep it in my den for relaxing in. A good chair for the price.

Quality product/Easy (for smart guys) to assemble

Amazed at quick, 3 day delivery of all 3 boxes. My 65 yr old son put it together in 30 minutes with advice from his 93 yr old Dad. Although I lament the loss of my 40 year old, slimline Barcalounger that bottomed out, this recliner is exactly as advertised; soft faux leather, pleasing blue color and the lift is timely and helpful for my 86 yr. old, arthritic bones. I ordered it according to my weight and height, but my ankles still hang over the edge a bit; maybe a medium/tall? would have been better. Still, I can now almost fully enjoy a.m. and p.m naps in relative comfort.

No cup holders ,very short cords for remotes, there's sewn in loop on side to put remotes in but in very awkward places, the fabrics great ,comfortable but can't sit forward so awkward sitting . My opinion over priced.

A good night's sleep.

I ordered this chair for sleeping and am not disappointed! The order actually arrived a few days early in 2 boxes, one I was able to manage on my own and the other required the use of and dolly and 2 people to get it from the the lobby of the condo into my unit. It was well packed with extra cardboard to protect the fabric from a sharp tool used to open taped edges. The pillow area of the back is a little high for me so I use a wrap-around the neck travel pillow which has the added advantage of preventing neck droop! It is very comfortable, the mechanism is very quiet, and the outside pockets perfect for phone storage. The control unit has a hook on the back and can hang on the outside of one pocket to make it easily accessible in the middle of the night. The chair can be easily moved as it has casters on the back feet. If you are using on a hard surface, I would suggest putting cups under the casters after you determine the final location of your chair to keep it from inching into the wall when reclined. I am not usually a recliner fan (I hate the clunking noise of a hand operated one), but this is a game changer. A great investment, a lot of chair for the money. You could pay more for a new mattress!
