These lights are well constructed, attractive, and seem to be more dependable than other solar lights that I have had. They last almost the entire night, and I have seen then still lit around 4am. They are a great replacement for my tiki oil lamps and fit perfectly in the holders I have.

These look really nice along my driveway and they work well. I got them on a deal of the day so the price was good too. They were very easy to assemble.

I replaces all of my old solar lights with these. They were a good price, easy to put together and look nice with their dancing flame. Just wish they were a little bigger.

So, I have only had them out for 2 nights, but they look amazing. Quite bright from across the yard, and a very realistic flickering effect. They absolutely last ALL NIGHT, if they've been outside all day. Pretty cool seeing them still "burning" at daybreak. Btw, "bright" as in they really stand out- however they do not illuminate the area around them well in flickering mode.

The media could not be loaded. This video was taken through very dirty winter windows - sorry about that, however....I am so happy with this purchase. I told my husband to plan on seeing them all over our yard, wherever we have enough daylight sun, we live in an area surrounded by woods. I saw in a few reviews that rated them at one or two stars, that people apparently don't know how to use these. It's simple but I also made the same mistakes. The bottom of the stake is not flat,, The pointed end is inside of the stake, you pull it out and put it back right side up so the stake bottom is now pointed. Someone else was showing that during the daytime they were pushing down on these in order for them to work. These are meant to work at NIGHT after they have charged, so the person was in fact blocking the sunlight when "pressing down" allowing these to light, she was only mimicking night time which is when these are supposed to work. One other thing, you need to remove the tag between the battery and its casing or else you'll only see a mild light at night. These don't look like obnoxious flames like those light bulbs that came out a while ago that looked frantic, instead they look like something you would see around a campfire, very pretty and soothing and a lovely warm fire color and motion inside of the lamp. All plastic of course and these are tall, these are not like the dollar store solar lights, I'm 5'6 and they come up to my knee! So they are larger. I can't wait until we are running our waterfall (it's too cold here on the East coast now) so I can lace these throughout the rocks that encase the water. One of my favorite purchases!

I received a box of Dynamine Solar flame torch today. I found one of the most puzzling design change in all my recent purchase. The stake at the end is changed from pointy to flat??? How do the stake get into the ground in my backyard? I try to push the stake into the ground and of course it didn’t work. The website is still showing Dynamine has a pointy stake that all other Solar path lights are using but the actual light they shipped has a flat stake design. I return my purchase, of course. This fiasco happened because someone who work in Dynamine dream about an unproven design (to save some money in manufacturing?) and didn’t change the web description. No one would buy it if they update the description but at least we don’t waste our time to pack and unpack the order and Amazon doesn’t waste their money in having UPS shipping it back and forth.
