The manufacturers are definitely getting cheaper with the building materials as is everything else but this little heater isn't bad for the money and works very well. I have 2 in my house and they both do well. Make sure to clean the dust out once in a while especially in a home with pets to keep it running right but that goes with most propane heaters.     • Good output, some humidity problems
Have been using my propane heater for a couple of winters now in my trailer and I love it. It does cause a high humidity but we open the ceiling trailer vents a little and added a skirting around the bottom of the 35' trailer and it resolved the problem. We get cold winters (north usa) but it keeps my workshop toasty warm. ... show more

    • watch altitude. Works fine around 5000 feet. But another 500' and it shuts off completely.
Worked fine at the house at 5000'. But when i took it camping in my cargo conversion camp trailer, it wouldn't work at higher elevation.

    • Very efficient and keeps the temperature
This was an excellent buy. It maintains the heat setting, is easy to install and looks nice when wall mounted. Keeps you warm when adequately sized to the room even on the coldest days.

    • Wall Mounted Picture Is Very Deceptive
Product pictures do not represent what this looks like Mounted on wall. The propane hookups are on the bottom of the unit. Which means you have a big ugly pipe and valve underneath it. That is not what the Picture depicts. The heater sticks out 5-7" from wall. Plus the fan unit attaches in the back of the unit, it can't be hardwired. If you do mount it on the wall with the fan, you must put a hole in the sheetrock and drill holes in the framing for the fan to draw air in it. This heater is fine as a floor unit with a stand and functions well. The "wall mount" description of this is a FLAT OUT LIE and both the manufacturer and reseller should be forced to change this.     • Worked at high elevation in rv
We live at 5800 ft. In Colo. Installed it in rv and it worked great. Camped at 9220 ft, cool that day and used it all day in rv. Shut off and restarted automatically just as suppose to. Two days later moved to 8640 ft and it worked fine. I kept a window cracked open and the roof vent slightly open. Very pleased. We did not run it at night. It warmed up the rv enough that it wasn’t that cold in morning even tho temp dropped to the 40’s. ... show more

    • Incredible heater and value!
We are using to heat a small building at an animal refuge, The Goathouse Refuge. The mounting of the heater to the wall with safety guards and narrow profile is great to warm the building for the kitties, but keep them safe at the same time.
