Unlike other identical boucle chairs, (wish I had paid more attention) the back lower legs have 4 LARGE screws in addition to the 4 LARGE screws on the back top part of the chair. Makes the chair looks so cheap and takes away from the look of the chair, you are basically staring at 8 LARGE SCREWS on the back of the chair (which is supposed to be the beautiful part of it) instead of sleek modern legs. All of the chairs came damaged/scratched as the back metal was not protected. I gave them 4 stars cause the customer service was fantastic and they shipped me new brackets that were in good condition. I am hoping to overlook the large leg screws and enjoy my new chairs. Tip on assembly: Insert all screws in the holes about 1/4 way by hand and do not tighten them until all of the screws are all in the holes. If you do this they will all line up perfectly and assemble just fine.

I ordered the black Sherpa chairs and when they arrived they were not quite the exact style or shade of Sherpa/boucle we were looking for, regardless the quality was good and the chairs are very very comfortable. I reached out to their customer service regarding the concerns, and was pleasantly surprised they were very kind, quick to reply and eager to make sure they make it right by initiating a return. I would buy from this seller again.

EDIT: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING!! They were so responsive and listened to everything. They were willing to give me a slight refund! I would highly recommend! Costumer service is everything. The only reason I give it a four is that two of the chairs are defective. I got six, so I just have those two in the back. But the holes on the backrest are hard to match up. We got four of them to work. For one of them, just one screw didn’t go in, so it doesn’t bother me too much. But the other one, both screws on one side won’t go in no matter how hard we tried. Attached are some pictures of what I am talking about. But overall I really do like them, especially for the price!! These are the third set of chairs I have bought, so I am a pretty picky person. At first, I was worried the cushions wouldn’t hold, but they seemed to be fine. I would def recommend it!

LOVE these chairs. A great CB2 dupe at a fraction of the cost . Very nice modern upscale look. They are a good size and not too small. I got the light gray and it’s definitely more of a taupe color which I was wanting. I really did not want gray and wanted more of a beige and these kind of go both ways. I was torn between the camel but I was afraid it would be a little too dark and I’m really glad I went with the “gray” after reading a couple other reviews. Shipping was quicker than estimated. Two come to a box. One of the boxes arrived a day early and then the other two the next day. Some of the reviews say they are hard to put together due to holes not being in the correct spot, but we did not find that to be the case. They were made perfectly and very easy to put together. Super quick. Very happy with them!

Love these! Relatively easy to put together except i couldn’t fit 1 screw in the bottom of each chair, the hole for the nail wouldn’t align with the metal part. Besides that they are great for price! Comfy enough and look great at my round table
