Most beverage fridges only go down to 34. We like our drinks icy cold. This one does it! We have it set on 27 and it’s perfect (have not checked to see how accurate that is). It arrived in pristine condition (thank you UPS). After set up, We waited the suggested 24 hours before plugging in. Many have commented that it is loud. Ours is not at all, but it does set on a tile floor and I got it leveled and made sure all supports we solidly setting on the floor. I’m thinking if there is any vibration, maybe that could cause the noise people complain about, but maybe I just got lucky. I do love this little fridge. First one arrived damaged and would not cool. 2nd one arrived laying on its side. I let it sit for 5 days until I plugged it in. The replacement would not cool and the door fell off in the second try. Amazon danced around the return claiming that it was a hazardous material and Un returnable. After many calls ups picked it up. I like the temperature control and that it chills beverages fast when in Party Mode where it gets down to 23 degress F. When the cooler turns on it makes a whining noise like something taking off with a doppler affect. Filling a metal shelf with cans of soda it slightly sags and the front cans slide forward since the shelf is supported on its sides and back. The front then sags and it is difficult to keeps cans from sliding. I am having some glass shelves made for it. When added to the cost, the unit price becomes including glass shelves is a bit too high. Since it is a glass foor the door itself holds no storage as a refrigerator does does. Also one can remove shelves but there is no height adjustment for the shelves. The go in the slots in the unit wall and there no xtra slots to slide them in. The fit where they fir or they are not used. They cannot be moved up or down a notch. The best thing is it gets stuff Ice cold. Many refrigerators only go down to 34. That's luke warm for beer. ... show more

    • Door issues screw up an otherwise great fridge.
Fridge keeps beer super cold, which was my main desire. The party mode to super cool beer is an awesome feature as well. Issues with the fridge: runs a bit hot and noisy. We can deal with that. The door doesn't hold a perfect seal, so the door alarm with randomly sound after properly shutting the door. Barely touch the door and the alarm stops. That's annoying. And there is the hinge issue. We bought 2 of these, and the first is fine except for that alarm annoyance. 2nd we bought for our lake house and arrived with a broken upper door hinge. Was really annoyed bc I had read about this in reviews, and had just crossed my fingers. Have an email in to support though. They have a hinge kit and looks easy enough to repair, I just wish they had manufactured a metal version of the hinge to replace with so this doesn't happen again. Hopefully it won't just spontaneously break I assume it broke during shipping, though their packaging seemed decent. ... show more

unit is in our office, set on 37*. runs all the time and is loud. in a room that has just enough a/c its basically a space heater. does it have any insulation? if it wasnt so expensive id cut it in half to find out. would absolutely not buy again
