The printer and accessories arrived on time which was great.. I started assembling and realized the instructions are horrible and had to figure things out as I went along (frustrating) the welded part that you attach the wheels cae welded backwards , u can’t bypass that part because it messes up the rest and part don’t fit so I had to build it backward.. it didn’t come with enough screws so I had to pull some from diff parts of the machine to try to get it set up (I figured I would speak with someone and request the screws and go back and add them where I borrowed from) my machine wasn’t too stable but I had a few orders I needed to get this running.. the plugs they sent were for their outlets and not US outlets as stated.. after hours of assembly I reached out to let them know pieces and parts were missing. They asked me for pics or proof the screws didn’t come. They also recommended I use a screw every other slot (lol) ..they did send me an adapter that arrived 3 days later. Customer service sucks.. it’s been a week and they’ve installed all the software into my computer but they can’t get it to work. They also work when they want. I’ve asked for help and they non chalantly mention they’re on lunch break or that they’ll request someone to help but they don’t. They keep asking for the same pictures over and over again but nothing seems to work … I’m frustrated and am in the process of returning this hunk of junk. Money and time wasted..
