The media could not be loaded. Love this machine it is a little bit of a challenge to get installed but the tech support is very helpful. It does either soft fabrics or hard surfaces depending on what ink u want to use. I chose the one for hard surfaces. You do need metric Allen wrenches two 6mm to be able to adjust the tumbler size. And it doesn't do things with handles. Just FYI. The colors are very vibrant and smooth on the surfaces, I was even able to print on canvas as long as they aren't too wide. It's quick and efficient. Price is great and the ink comes in large bottles so u have plenty to start with. Definitely recommend this machine ... show more

    • Do Not Recommend That You Spend Thousands on a Brick
The media could not be loaded. Updated review - Do not buy this printer. I had issues from the beginning right at purchase. Support was very nice initially to help me get set up (took a week after purchase to be fully up and running because they are in China and the time difference had me up late at night to midnight since there's no one available during the day). The printer did not come with the necessary software like the handouts stated and that caused a delay as well because I had to reach out to support to remote into my laptop. After getting setup, I used the printer approximately 5 times because each time I needed to print the picture was blurry, the printer would not work as a whole or not sizing up right because everything is manual you have to guess where things will print. Always do a test and line it up to make sure you are lined up correctly. Now at present day 6 months later with no real usage out of the printer because it's basically junk, it's not working at all and the yellow error light is flashing. This means you can no longer print, the tray will not move up and down and you cannot do an ink flush. I switched out the dampers and nothing. I troubleshooted with a flush of the ink, nothing. I noticed that there should have been a resetter tool installed but of course support did not install so I am left with a brick of a printer and a tool that's written in Mandarin that I cannot use because there are other components that were not installed from the beginning so you cannot reset the ink counter. I reached out to support on WhatsApp and see that they have read my messages but no response. They are extremely nice to you when you purchase the printer but then treat you crappy when you need support. Do not spend your hard earned money on this machine. Go with a more well known UV printer with someone in the US to troubleshoot with you in real time. This printer will cause more headaches than it's worth. it's not worth it for the amount of maintenance and parts that you will have to buy for this printer to be fully functional. I wasted so much materials like cups and acrylic blanks which probably added up to the cost of the printer. Do not recommend. ... show more

I love this printer I had trouble setting it up at first but I contacted customer service, and they absolutely helped set it up. Installed all the correct programs on my computer. For me.and I cant say how much i print on stuff that you would not think you could print on love it and Jeremy in tech support is the best helps you and makes sure the printer is working before he ends the call with you and that you are happy with his service. ... show more

I really like this UV printer. I bought it for my business and it is a work horse. I have made some really awesome stuff with it, and I can’t wait to make more! Setting it up was easy filling the instructions. Also, the technical support is awesome. They helped me fix my quality issues and sent replacement parts extremely fast. This printer is low quality and didn't last. We have had trouble with it and had to replace parts since it was new. Less than 6 months and seller's support cannot fix it. Sadly, it's trash. Do not throw your money away buying one.
