I tried to use this machine before returning it. Tech support is helpful but comes from across the globe so it was night at my residence before I could work with them. There are three software steps in three different softwares to get a print on this machine. That was complicated for me and I was unable to get the print to go the width of the film. Update: Original review posted on April 29. It is not May 22 and my printer is still not working and I cannot get any real help from support. This product arrived very quickly, so I was very impressed. BUT when I plugged the printer in and turned it on, it made a horrible grinding noise. I knew this was not good so I immediately turned it off and contacted customer support. They advised me to add lube and push the part down. I did--very little improvement. I also noticed that the printhead does not move upon start up. The software also would not download on my computer. After 2 or 3 days of working with customer support in the late late night hours because of the time difference, it was no better so I started a return. Customer support would not answer my questions about the return and instead offered me a "compensation" if I kept the printer with the promise they would help me fix it easily. I should have known better, but I accepted. Now a week later and the printer is in the same condition. The past few nights, I have logged on when they have asked me to only to sit here and them tell me to "please wait" as they do nothing. I have wasted hours online waiting for them to help me that I should have been sleeping and getting ready for work. With a 12 hour time difference, I cannot just sit here at the computer with no resolution or communication "waiting" when I have to work early in the morning. I have explained this to them and asked for help or a specific time to log on when they are able to help....but same thing. I log in when they say and they still have me logged in to "wait." Then after a while, they just say to log in tomorrow and they will fix it. 3 days in a row now. I HAVE NOT EVEN PRINTED THE FIRST PRINT! This is a very expensive machine for it not to work and to not get a solution. Please take all of this into consideration before purchasing this product.

I want to give a 5 star rating for this printer I bought that was shipped from China. First, it was fast shipping. It was shipped via UPS and the packages arrived well packed - there were 3 boxes. I encountered problems with the printer in the beginning and I contacted the company. The technician named Jack was able to help install the programs and guided me throughout the process. We communicated via WhatsApp. He was able to remotely get control of the printer from China, load the programs he needed to fix the printer, make necessary adjustments and identify the causes of the problems. It took him several hours though, but he stayed with me all throughout the process including the testing. The printer now is working properly and I am a happy customer. The print quality of the printer is superb, the colors are vibrant and the line are perfect. I highly recommend this printer and this company has excellent customer service.

After I ordered my machine it only took a few days to arrive. I couldn't figure out how to download all the software so I reached out to customer service and they did everything for me. Albert was my tech and he was kind and patient with me. Overall great performance.

Against my better judgment on reading the other reviews. Turns out they did not lie. They sent me a printer bad print head and then continue to try and bribe you to keep it by sending more ink. Customer service when they are helping you sucks. Gotta keep calling the person that’s helping you. I’m sending the printer back Tomorrow ! I’m over it! Don’t by this printer at all! Sit and wait and wait and wait to get no Result!

The media could not be loaded. It shipped quickly, and was a fairly easy setup. One of the ink receptacles was damaged during shipping but they sent another one right away. Timing our WhatsApp meetings was difficult due to the time zone difference, and "Jack" is either non-responsive or leaves in mid conversation. I have been waiting for THREE DAYS for his latest response and the printer won't work at all at this point. There is NO user manual in English, and the videos are too short and only cover basic setup, not trouble shooting. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. We want to return the printer but now we're stuck with a $3400 paperweight.

The product arrived sooner than originally planned (ink arrived later). And to my surprise the there was no damage to anything in the boxes. I proceeded to set up the printer but ran into some trouble setting up the printer and contacted customer service. They were amazing and very patient. They were able to help me figure out what was wrong and got the printer up and running in a couple of days. I am satisfied with their service and am looking forward to everything that I am able to make with this printer.
